I bought a gift certificate for my wife and she was very disappointed. Neither of us will be back and have since gone elsewhere.

I first went to Westlake Wellbeing from a Groupon I purchased. I have a very stiff and bad back so I asked the best deep tissue massage therapist available. Lori melted my back pain and used strong pressure, which is perfect! I made another appointment today and will continue to only use Lori and Westlake Wellbeing! Exquisite Experience-Couples Massage 1/24/2010

My husband and I received a gift certificate for a couples massage at Westlake Wellbeing, and the experience we shared there was wonderful. Sharmin and Shelley are very experienced massage therapists who gave us the best massages we have ever had. The room was very comfortable, stylish and warm with a wood-burning fireplace and real beeswax candles. We left feeling totally relaxed and pampered. My husband said the restroom was immaculate which was indicative of the cleanliness and attention to detail in everything we saw there. If you are looking for a welcome smile, inviting atmosphere, and wonderful massage, then you must come to Westlake Wellbeing. You will feel like you a walking on cloud nine. Not only are you well cared for by her healing touch, but you are also made to feel at ease which is very important to me. Relaxing & Restorative 12/15/2009

This was such a wonderful massage. Unlike the 50 min / hour sessions I am used to, Sharmin spent the full hour in session, with excellent flow and pressure. I am am an acupuncturist who was in need of my own rest and restoration from my work week, and that is exactly what I received. I have since sent several patients to Sharmin who also gave very positive feedback.. more

I have traveled to spas across this country and Canada searching out the great massage. I've had some wonderful experiences in some remarkably beautiful surroundings with some very good massage therapists. However, I always look forward to returning to Sharmin and her experienced, knowledgeable hands. I've been a client for several years and I've yet to find anyone to measure up to her expertise and training. The surroundings are calming, inviting and convenient. I've enjoyed facials, which are always a treat, as well as other massage therapists. I do enjoy Sharmin the most because of her years of training and experience with me. I would recommend Westlake Wellbeing to everyone and I do. Pros: Parking, convenient location Cons: none more

Wonderful, Calming, Relaxing, Re-Invigorating massage + wonderful people = 10/10 5/20/2007

I threw my back out and found myself on the floor for 8 hours of Easter Sunday. Having never had a satisfactory massage anywhere, I reluctantly accepted a friends recommendation to visit Sharmin at Westlake Wellbeing. Not only did it MASSIVELY speed up rehabilitation but it was also a very pleasant experience and a wonderful massage. My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate from Westlake Wellbeing and I LOVED the message! If you have any stress or tension in your back from daily chores then coming to this spa will definitely get your knots out. I've been to many spas before and can honestly say this spa is of the best the give the best messages. I HIGHLY recommend this spa to anyone that wants a sufficient message. more

Excellent Massage in peaceful location 5/16/2007

I had a friend get me a gift certificate for a 1.5 hour renewal massage and was so glad she did. The massage was wonderful. The atmosphere is very nice and good background music to help you relax. Sharmin did an incredible job massaging each and every sore muscle. I will definitely go back soon as it made my day. Pros: Location, Comfort, Relaxing, Massage Cons: None I can think of more

I've been going to WestLake Wellbeing for many years -first at its previous location in the cabin setting, and now at its very Zen-like location on Loop 360 in the JoyMoves Studio. If you are looking for a bustling Spa scene with folks lined up in the lounge waiting to be called, don't come here. Westlake Wellbeing is one-of- a kind, meditative, quiet, unique. Sharmin is the best. Great customer service, soothing environment. A perfect friends package is to have a facial with Dena and massage with Sharmin. I'm Hooked! 1/4/2007

My girlfriend gave me a gift certificate for a massage and a facial at Westlake wellbeing. I've had several massages but wasn't sure if I would enjoy a facial. The massage was one of the best I have ever had. As for the facial I didn't realize how relaxing and bennificial a facial could be. The esthitician Dena did an exceptional job and was very informative. I'm hooked! Overall I could not be more pleased with my experience at Westlake Wellbeing. I had no problem schedualing an appointment during the holiday. The staff was friendly and accomadating and the location was incredible. more

Wonderful Service 12/19/2006

I called and left a message, hoping to get a next-day massage. I knew it was a long-shot but thought I would try anyway! I got a call back just a little while later and though they couldn't accomodate me the next day, they practically bent over backwards to get me in the day after! How's THAT for service! Poor Service 12/18/2006

Received a pricy gift certificate from Westlake Wellbeing and tried to make an appointment for 3 mths with no success. There is no receptionist and you have to leave a message in hopes that they will return your call. Did this and made at least 3 different appointments only to find out that they did not really schedule any of them. I tried to be nice and explain to them that this was a waste of my time, especially for the money that had been spent and ask for my money back. They would not refund the money, even though the gift certificate does not say anywhere that they do not give refunds. I'm sure their facility is very nice, but good luck making an appointment! Beautiful new location...GREAT services! 8/2/2006

I recently had a facial with Dena and one of the products she used made me wish I had whipped cream and a spoon! It was made with cherries and pomegranates and pinapple juice (amongst other things)! It smelled SO good and felt amazing. I usually don't like facials because I am really picky about what is in products but I know I don't have to worry here! As for massages...WOW. One day I came in and took a Nia class (from JoyMoves, same building), took a shower, and had a massage! I have never had such an amazing day. Sharmin, the owner, has true healing hands. I can't wait to try the other therapists! And you should too!! Pros: Such a lovely space...and with so much to offer! Cons: Nothing at all!! more

Elegant new location! Same great service and prices! 2/7/2006

I just had another great massage at Westlake Wellbeing. I always appreciate the relaxed setting and that I am not rushed in or out of services. The massage deluxe, with aromatherapy and hot towel compress for the back, is my favorite. The space is beautiful beautiful and clean, and nice views are present from the large windows. My favorite therapist is always Sharmin, who has over 15 years experience, but all of the therapists are very experienced. It's a great place to try - and you will go back!
