I realize that businesses have hard times and busy days but I do not think that should be an excuse for poor service. I have been to this automotive center more than once simply because it's close to home and when I have gone, I had time to wait. However, unless I myself directly questioned someone about my car's status, no one would have said anything to me. Just recently I was in for a flat and come to find out needed some other work, which was believable because I was having problems. Today I had yet another flat, an extreme flat--it wouldn't hold air at all when I attempted to inflate it. I had driven it maybe twice since the work, had not run into or over anything, etc. I WAS TOLD everything was in good shape. I like to think that being a repeat customer and spending inordinate amounts of money would almost guarantee quality service. The ONLY reason I continued to call and constructively demand service today was because I was there the week prior. I feel like the ""insanely frustrating experience without much explanation"" is a constant at this establishment after trying to give them another chance. I do appreciate the ""final"" quick response but unfortunately that took waiting all day, having to speak irritatingly and explain my situation with a manager, and causing people to work past closing time. Disappointingly, I will NOT be a return customer in the future and will be sure to pass this message along to unsuspecting friends, family, or customers.
