Critter Sitters was amazing in first caring for my pet, and second, teaching my dog proper behavior. In just a couple of interactions, my dog was able to recognize right from wrong when it came to potty training. I originally wanted to take my dog to PetSmart, but their service is overpriced and impersonal in comparison. If you are looking for someone to take excellent care of your pet while you are on vacation, or even on a daily basis while you are at work, you cannot go wrong with Critter Sitters. The person I spoke to seemed a little off. She mentioned her job in a hospital and I was wondering when she would have time to stop by (think they work 10 hr shifts). May be she passed it to someone else. Anyway she was just odd so I decided to pass. Might have been distracted that day...or unstable. more

I went on vacation for 3 weeks and left my 8mo jack/ terrior puppy with Critter Sitters. I had explained she loved to harass my cats and exemplified Jack Russell hyperactivity plus I didn't trust her in the house because of the 'potty' situation. When I got my dog back, she was cat desensitized, no messes in the house and very sensitive to request without being hyper and jumping all over the place. I was truly amazed at the difference in my dog but was told by Critter Sitters if I don't change my behavior, the dog will slide back into old habits. She was right and now I'm CHANGING my behavior to keep my dog on track with good manners. This was the best investment and care I've ever experienced. My dog wasn't just kenneled and forgotten. She got true lovin' and I believe never missed me after the first day. I will definitely talk up this business and will continue to use it because I believe they under charge compared to other sitters compared to what YOU, the owner receive in return more
