My vehicle suffered 4 bullet holes from some person(s) who drove alongside me in the dark of night and opened fire unprovoked.
Caesar cut a deal with the insurance company to repair my vehicle. I have attached photos of the agreement, final invoice and supplemental photos as evidence. Reyna's shop butchered the job. I didn't get what was on the estimate agreed upon by Caesar and the insurance company.
Caesar got really upset after I sent a text explaining that his electrician cost me another 330.00 to have a dealership put my column back together. Caesar took responsibility with a response of, "I did it." Instead of trying to make it right, Caesar told me to go find another body shop.
There were some wires hit by one of the rounds on the sill plate by the driver's seat. It is not a stretch to assume that Caesar opened the column and attempted to repair the wiring to save a dollar. The truck started and drove fine until these wires were repaired. It is my belief that whoever repaired the wires cut them with the battery still engaged. This sent the circuit to ground, which activated the anti-theft system on the BCM. The column was opened in an effort to troubleshoot the problem. Note the damage from being pried open. The mistake by Reyna cost me 1531.85 out of pocket. I had to have my vehicle towed off his lot to a dealer.

Reyna was upset over my complaint and told me to find another body shop. My complaint was legitimate. I have found another shop to clean up Reyna's sloppy work. I then took a harder look at the entirety of the job with exception of pulling the door panels.
