Add me to the list... I also ordered several bridesmaid dresses from Nanci Sherry at Cherished Memories in late September. She charged our credit cards for the dresses and if it were not for the reviews written on here about her scamming 3 other brides, I would still be waiting for my dresses and my wedding is days away. The owner emailed me the first week of December (my dresses were due in late December) and said the dresses were about to ship. I emailed her 4 more times in the last 3 weeks and never heard back from her. So she scammed me also- but she did get my money and I don't have any dresses...I cannot believe someone would do such a thing! Pros: Horrific Cons: Horrific more

This woman got me too. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses in September / October. They were scheudled to arrive in December. She's nowhere to be found and the dresses were never ordered....just paid for. If anyone has any information on this woman, I'd really appreciate it. Nanci Sherry, the owner of "Cherished Memories" would like you to cherish loosing your money. She took deposits, and full payments for bridesmaid dresses, then disappeared. She continually made excuses for when they would arrive, and finally had her phones (multiple) turned off. She claims to have filed for bankruptcy, but did not have the decency to tell the wedding party up front. As close as the week of the wedding she denied any issues, and said the dresses would be there before the wedding. They had never been ordered the 5 months before when she said she had ordered them. This woman is a fraud who gets off on ruining weddings. Pros: None Cons: She will steal your money more

This is a warning to any brides who may have purchased their bridesmaid dresses from Cherished Memories in the past few months . The owner has apparently closed down over night and is nowhere to be found. The store did not bother to call their customers who where awaiting dresses and ordered items from them. My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from them in August which were suppose to arrive in October. I found out from another bridal shop accidentally that a store in the Rice Village closed down overnight and that the bride they were assisting before me had to purchase her bridesmaids dresses again. I got lucky enough to find out with plenty of time to spare, and without a lot of monetary damage since most of the deposits were by credit card. If anyone knows the owner and where she can be found please report to the police. Many may still not know that they are closed and awaiting their dresses. Please spread the word.
