Before I begin, I have to admit that I can't stand car dealerships in general. It all stems from a horrible experience that I had years ago in a Ford store that left scars that still ache. I could go on for hours in regards to that sour experience but I don't want to take away from the refreshing change I experienced today. I currently own an Audi and was recommended Larry H Miller Volkswagen by a neighbor who knows the General Manager, Jay Frank. Despite my better judgement I brought the vehicle in for service to have a tune and oil change. They offered a free car to drive and offered a maintenance package for $150. The typical synthetic oil change at my usual Audi store usually runs approximately $90-$120. I immediately declined and prepared to leave when Ben explained that this wasn't one oil change but THREE! $150 for not only an oil change but also top off the fluids, rotate the tires and an inspection. It was definitely to good to true so I accepted and then waited with total distrust that I was going to get shafted somehow. This deal completely changed my opinion of car dealers! I was out of the store within 45 minutes. They washed my car, were extremely nice and made me feel like a million bucks. The wait wasn't bad because they have a very comfortable waiting area, direct TV, computers to surf and coffee. Allison, the receptionist was very nice and everyone was very professional. Ben recommended that I do a few minor repairs but didn't push me and then offered to set a time when I was able to reschedule. Seriously, this was the best experience I have experienced in a dealership. Hands down! I will return to have my future repairs completed and plan on using these guys for everything. I was totally thrown off guard when Jay Frank, the GM called on my way home. He was told by Ben that his friend recommended me and he called personally to make sure everything went smooth. I'm still in disbelief but will take both mine and my wife's car in for service. Very cool indeed. more

I was TOTALLY amazed. He is one outstanding sales person. He follow-up has been outstanding and I can tell he truly cares about his customers. I love my new convertible beetle and love Tony & Jay! more

Santa Steve (Steve Patterson) started working with the fine folks at Larry Miller Volkswagen in Lakewood back in August. I never heard a discouraging word, and the associates all inquired as to my needs. They are a friendly bunch, and there was never any pressure to sell me a car, (but after a few months, I bought a new VW SportsWagon TDi). Jay Frank (GM) has become a good friend, and his employees are part of the LHMVW family that has won Santa's Heart. If a VW is in your future, and you are on Santa's NICE List, then you'd be foolish to buy your car anywhere else. Naughty persons should buy their lemons elsewhere. more

My experience with Larry Miller VW has restored my faith in car dealerships. Usually, the numbers for the car change between the sales floor and the finance room- but not in this case. The honesty and integrity of the sales people was top notch!\r \r A team of sales people helped us. There was no annoying competition between them. They seemed genuinely concerned about helping each other as well as helping us. That concern to make sure everyone was happy was a big factor in returning to the dealership to negotiate the terms we needed. It's a good thing our Jetta Sportwagen sold itself, because the dealership wasted hours of our time trying to sell us services and accessories we did not want, incessantly demanded a perfect score on the evaluation form (which renders it meaningless), and in spite of the fact we paid cash for the car, we have not received the title.... and our 60-day tag expires in two days. There is no apparent sense of accountability or desire to serve the customer's interests. I cannot recommend their sales or office staff since the only score they recognize is 10 out of 10, and that just doesn't seem appropriate. more
