Candace Post is both an amazing stylist and friend. I started going to Candace when she was at Hot Heads salon. At the time I was going back and forth between Denver and Dallas for business reasons, so I kept going to my stylist in Dallas only for convenience reasons. Once I permanently relocated to Denver, I tried to find Candace, but she had gone to another salon so I had to use another stylist. One day out of the blue, totally unexpectedly, Candace called me and asked to be of service to me again. I was so amazed and impressed by her assertiveness that I am a client for life. Candace does my haircuts, color and extensions and does an incredible job. She is an expert at all, but especially with extensions and mine look so natural and pretty. She takes her time, listens better than any other stylist I have ever been to, and really wants a client to leave satisfied and happy. You will not regret having Candace as your stylist! I wrote a review about Candace over a year ago when she was at Hot Heads. She is so amazing with my hair that I have to come back and rave about her even more!!! She's made my hair even sassier now and I get more compliments than I ever have. I decided to go very out of the box for me and put in some pink with my blonde and I have had her put these amazing feathers in my hair!!! Nothing looks crazy and even my boss thinks my hair is fun but not something over the top or to crazy for a professional office. I've also sent friends to her that have had their hair ruined by "colorists" who didn't know what they were doing. She's brought their hair back to life and made it even better than they thought they thought their hair could be!!! Candace is also doing Brazilian Blowouts. I haven't needed one, but my friends who have done it - well - their hair is just flat out amazing. If you are looking for someone who knows hair, knows color, can give your hair fun pizzaz - well look no further. You've found her. more

Candace has a wonderful ability to read my hair. I have slightly wavy/curly hair, and have had some nightmares of cuts from stylists who don’t take the natural curl into account when styling, but haven’t had that problem with Candace. I first went to her when I got my hair butchered by a cheap-chain stylist, and she was able to rescue my haircut, and I haven’t gone to anybody else since. She remembers the ins and outs of my haircut and even convinced me to try a bolder, more stylish new cut, and gave me styling tips. I’ve stuck with my new style(s!) ever since, and my friends have all told me that it’s the best look they’ve ever seen for my hair. more

I have been using Candace Post as my stylist for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. Candace was able to transform my yellowish, with orange roots (from previous bad stylists) hair to a platinum blond that looks so amazing strangers ask me if I'm swedish. Not only is my color awesome but she has gotten my hair in shape too, taking it from dried, fried and frizzy to soft and manageable. She's very knowledgeable about products and able to recommend just what your hair needs without upselling you a bunch of junk. She is also up to date on the latest trends and has used the Brazillian Blowout treatment on my hair which has changed my life - hello no more flat iron! And she does feather extensions which if you haven't seen yet, you should go to her and check them out. Not only is her service amazing but her prices are affordable, she's always on time and the atmosphere at the salon is very hip and upbeat. Candace can do it all, but if you love your blond hair especially I highly recommend seeing her! more

I'm so pleased to have finally found someone who can style my natural hair! After using chemical relaxers for most of my life, I made the decision to stop using chemicals, not straighten my hair and simply go natural. I started seeing Melissa a few months ago and I couldn't be happier! She is a master at working with my texture of hair. I always leave the salon completely satisfied. I have been going to Stacy Jo for years and she's excellent. I've referred many friends and everyone I know has been equally happy. Plus, the salon itself has a comfortable feel and a great vibe. StacyJo is the greatest when it comes to hair cuts along with Hair color. I have continued to go to Stacy Jo for years and encourage every one to give her a call if you want a great hair cut along with great natural looking hair color. I've been doing my hair with Stacy for 5 years now. I have very dark black hair , and she managed to color my hair perfectly.. Even my own husband thought I was a true brunette all these years..lol...After working in cherry creek north for more than a decade, she opened her own salon and the place is fabulous!! The place is fully staffed with 3 hair stylists, 1 massage therapy and 1 pedi-manicure specialist. Stacy does fabulous facial as well that really does the trick to smooth out of my skin. My guy can tell the difference once I am done with a treatment. Book with her, you won't regret. But you need to call for advanced appointment cuz she books full pretty fast. I have been getting my hair cut with Stacy Jo for several years now. She is exceptional in her ability to cut hair. She really listens to how I envision my hair being cut. I have had my hair cut at all sorts of places. From Great Clips to the Gentleman's Quarters for Men. None of the hair cuts have even compared! Having gone to Stacy for so long, I've seen her when she worked at other salons. The best thing about her having her own salon is that I don't feel the attitude walking in the door, that I have felt at the other salons. Even her staff greated me with a smile. There is a calming air to the environment they create. I haven't yet tried on their other services, but I'm sure that if they're anything like their hair services, you'll be very pleased! Stacy took her time to get to know me, my hair, and my wants/needs. With her knowledge and experience with clients who shared similar hair problems, she assured me that she could help revitalize & repair the damage. I put all my trust into Stacy and Salon Bodhi. And, now after just 4 months I am thrilled to see the improvement. It’s healthier than it’s ever been, new hair growing in, thicker, fuller and more beautiful than ever. The color is perfect! The cuts are even better! I’ve had so many compliments on my hair recently… awesome definition of high lights and low lights, beautiful natural look. It’s wonderful! I know that after every appointment I’ll get the same results, which I appreciate, that type of consistency. I’m so happy that I found Salon Bodhi when I did. Stacy Jo created this beautiful setting with her wisdom, experience and personal flair. The main area of the salon is warm and bright and a natural breeze swirls through the salon. The massage/ facial room has a relaxing aura, a place to take a load off and relax. I see Stacy Jo for hair and facial care. She is truly an expert and I always feel like I have her complete attention. She remembers the goals I have set from my previous visit and always make sure I am completely satisfied. The salon carries great products as well. The location on 6th and Downing is easy to access and there is plenty of street parking. Go see Stacy Jo, you will love her! Salon Bodhi has moved in the 1220 E.6th Ave location and has an amazing staff that is ready to meet all of your haircare, skincare and bodycare needs! They have 2 wonderful stylists that not only do cuts and color, but extensions, color gloss and are always up to date on the latest styles. There is a massage therapist on site that not only offers massage but also body polishing, paraffin dips and reflexology services. They have an esthetician that does wonderful facials and offers waxing services, and they have a manicurist as well. Visit thier spa like atmosphere at 1220 E. 6th Ave. for all of your salon needs. Best hair cut ever! Always stellar highlights and hair color. My hair is naturally dark brown and curly. Stacy always makes my highlights beautiful and she also does a mean blowout. I always leave the salon with my hair straightened and ready to go out. I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair. The staff are so nice, it feels like I am hanging out with friends when I am there. The moment you walk in, they greet you and offer you something to drink. Great customer service every time and you are never ignored. The atmosphere is beautiful, modern, relaxing and the complimentary wine just topped off my appointment. I haven't gotten a massage there but I plan to soon. The massage room looked so inviting. If you are ready for a head turning, look your best hair cut and fabulous highlights or color, this is it! Don't hesitate, you won't regret it. This salon is worth every penny.
