Wow, where should I begin? Let's see, first I believe this establishment was the very first one of its kind, I mean ""dog and cat grooming""....what is that? Secondly, it's such a BLESSING and honor to have a business like this right around the corner from me with the same ladies running the show. Their mission is to please. If you're not happy, they're not so they'll try to make it right....c'mon noone's purrfect, lol Lastly, let's face it, people, there's always gonna' be ""haters/liars"" who try to bring others down. Queen Village Grooming puts emphasis on the true safety and wellbeing of any dog or cat while grooming them and will continue to do so. After reading that obnoxious, exagerated, and untrue review, I said ""oh no..."" I had to speak out. I know different, my great-great grandmother was one of their first customers! I have used Queen Village Dog and Cat grooming for the past several years with some growing concerns. The facility seems poorly maintained and unsanitary. They neither required nor asked for my pets vaccination or bordetella records. Dog cages and pet groomimg area were visibly filthy. On our last visit my dog returned very unevenly groomed and with an extremely offensive odor. I had to recut and then bathe the dog twice at home myself. He was scalped in some areas and had large uneven clumps remaining around both hind legs, his ears and tail. One lower leg looked as if nothing had been done at all. Although the facility offered to recut my dog if we returned, the poor cut and smell my pet acquired while in their care was so overwhelming, I would never think of returning. I have been taking my pets to Flo for the last 25 years. I just got a new King Charles and his first visit will be Saturday, I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else. more

Flo is friendly to my dog and myself, she does great work, she does it quickly and her prices are low. Pros: affordable, friendly, quick Cons: no parking more
