Was not concerned about the type of property i wanted. He kept showing me houses over my limit trying to get me to spend more then my budget. Still have not found a house. I moved on to another office and another realtor. If your looking to sell your car and your assets to pay your mortgage then this is the guy for you. more

The Best Agent in the City 3/25/2006

I had the best real estate experience with the above agent, James Colahan, Remax Eastern in Philadelphia, PA. I have sold and bought at total of 3 homes and he was the only agent who really took his time and was very honest with us (the sellers). Highly recommend him. more
