This company provided 'call-center', 'lead-generation', and 'customer-service' types of business services. As of September 2007, the Company closed supposedly (or attempts to disguise this fact by a recording stating the company is 'having technical difficulties').
From a perspective being affiliated with them in the last 3 years and in my personal opinion, this company's service was substandard. Management is the root cause of why this business failed and on whose shoulders the blame should lie for problems associated with clients, vendors, and former employees. By not ensuring they had enough staff to efficiently handle the projects they agreed to, or training staff correctly to perform tasks such as reporting, they cost local businesses time, money, and headaches. The accuracy of the reports and work submitted was laughable - yet excuses such as consistent phone system troubles and computer networking issues were given by Managment as reasons for incompetency time and time again.
What is most appalling is the treatment of employees that I and others have witnessed. The turnover rate of employees proves how poorly the Company was managed. Additionally, payroll checks bounced, payroll checks had been held back for no apparent reason (contrary to what the policy and handbook stated), some employees were even asked not to cash their paychecks once given to them on payday. Unethical practices such as employee dismissals that were unfounded, employee vacation pay (which was not paid to those who earned it), employee reviews that were promised but never conducted, and holiday pay that was earned but the company neglected to pay were blatantly evident.
I would not recommend doing business with this company, working for this company or being involved with any persons that were in management of this company.
How this Company has managed to not be subjected to even more lawsuits from former employees, former clients, and former vendors, is a mystery.
