This drycleaners ruined a $670 tuxedo shirt. The top button was black enamel and matched some stems that went with the shirt. The button had been ripped off the shirt and replaced with a standard cheap button. Nobody said anything. There was also a rip in the sleeve - my tailor notices these things minutes after I picked up the shirt. This was a brand new shirt. The woman in front of me also had a sweater that had been ruined. Even worse they gave me the run around for two years - the standard ""The check is in the mail"". Then offered me $100 on my claim stating it had been too long ago. They still have the shirt too. I would not trust them with an undershirt.
Pros: None that are worth the risk
Cons: Unreliable, ruined clothing, do not take responsibility for damaged clothing.
