The service was great. The tec went to work found the problem and made the repairs. He kept me informed on the issue. He made it a positive experience. The part was under warrant...

The service was great. The tec went to work found the problem and made the repairs. He kept me informed on the issue. He made it a positive experience. The part was under warranty therefore it was replaced without a cost. I have a maintenance agreement which saved me money and strongly recommend having one for heating and air. I have been with this company for over 40 years. They give prompt service at a fair price. more

Knowledgeable Technician 11/7/2018

Dennis was prompt and professional. Serviced my furnace and was in and out in about an hour. Also quoted replacing my humidifier. Will use Burkhardt again in the future. more

Furnace Tune up 10/15/2018

Dennis was professional and courteous. He provided a furnace tune up. Burkhardt had installed an air conditioner in spring and I asked Dennis how to hose off the unit. He showed me and also gave me advice on how to protect it in fall and in winter. more

This is not the only Company I have dealt with, but it is by far the best. From the person who took my call to set an appointment, to the technician that was sent; the appointment was treated with respect, importance, and - for a senior like me - reassurance. I recommend Burkhardt for all heating and air conditioning needs. more

The only HVAC company I call 7/11/2018

I’ve used Burkhardt for the past couple of years for work at multiple residential properties. Work has included everything from extensive gut-job remodeling to duct cleaning and standard systems maintenance. They do a great job at a competitive price. I have found everyone I’ve worked with at Burkhardt - from the office to the job site - to be dependable, knowledgeable, they easily coordinate with the other trades and I always pass inspection. more
