I have been visiting this place for last couple of years. The wait time for doctor is about 45 mins. I changed around 4 doctors to see whether there'll be any difference in the wait time, no difference. The environment is not welcoming, so is the staff. \r Nurses are no better, I lived in many different parts of the country and got a chance to see many doctors for my kids, if not doctors, nurses are usually very friendly. Here the nurses are just the opposite.Last time, I took my one year old for a well child checkup - the doctor literally acted out the drama, she switched on the light and acted to see my kids eyes. The reason I say acting because she switched on the light and immediately switched off the light. Lastly, if your insurance changes make sure you have ample of time in your hand, they took one hour for me to verify the insurance even though before hand I gave them full information. I'm so glad, I switched to a different place and I'm sure they'll be much better this one, no more

They are the horrible doctors's office i ever visited! The doctors might be good not sure so no complaints. But to reach a doctor you have pass thro' some of the faces. more

I like my daughter's pediatrician which is why I continue to go there. The nurses and doctors are great. However, the office staff can be somewhat impatient and short. South EastBay Pediatrics has a staff of very experienced pediatricians. They always make room for new patients. Also they have sick patient drop in before 9:00 am which is really nice when your child has been sick the previous night. The biggest problem here is that the doctors are always in a rush and barely have enough time for each patient.
