If you've been lured into Burger King because they recently reduced the price of the Whopper to $0.99, BEWARE! You don't get the same deal if you get fries and a drink!
True, the price of the Whopper all by itself was reduced from $2.19 to $0.99 (a savings of $1.20), but the price of a Whopper value meal was only reduced from $4.39 to $3.99 (a savings of only $0.40).
Where is the value if the discount on the Whopper alone is 3 times greater than if it is included in a value meal?
Pros: Fast, Cheap
Cons: Misleading, Non Cooperative, Untrained Management
