I have used Bulwark for a few years now, and not only is everyone I've ever spoken to been curtious, they have always gone out of their way to help me. This is especially true for Nick. B., there's been a few times that we have been called for our scheduled spraying, that I have forgotten to unlock my gate to my back yard, not only has Nick called me to see if I could get it open some other time in the same day, but he'd still spray the front yard just the same as any other time. And this has happenend a few times, and never was he upset or rude, he has always been very understanding. In fact, today (4/28/12), he showed up and was willing to answer several questions, and even answer other questions for my girlfriend. During this questioning, he didnt make us feel rushed or seem irritated, he was genuinely willing to sit there and answer any questions we had. I really appreciate people like Nick, yeah sure they have other places to spray and like the rest of us, would like to go home when their day has officially ended, but he didnt seem concerned with that, and took his time to answer all of our questions. People like Nick make Bulwark a great pest company. I have had a few other places that I had used in the past that actually wouldnt spray when they said they did, and still charge me. I can trust Bulwark when they say they have been out, and I can especially trust people such as Nick who actually care about you and your place as if it was his own. Thanks so much Bulwark but most importantly Nick for all of your help and keeping the bugs out of my house. Thanks alot. I have recommended this company to several people in the past, and from today's experience, they might have also picked up a new customer out of my girlfriend. Thank you.
