after a previous service provider lied to us , we contacted bug out of west florida and have been a customer for a number of years now. they provide excellent service and if asked to help when an unexpected situation arises bugout of west florida has always been just a phone call away and its done. can not say say enough about the service , would never consider changing. always friendly and willing to help. more

Excellant service providers, excellant team 5/4/2015

We get excellent services from the entire team. We've been using bug out for over 15 years and they still provide top notch service. They did an excellent repair after we discovered termites in one of the baseboards. Dewayne was efficient and very professional throughout the entire process. The overall repair was through and complete. Great job guys! more

Our company has used Bug Out for years and absolutely love Dwight, Lillian, and everyone on their team. They are professional, courteous, and always go the extra mile. We have no bugs, no termites, no rats, and no wasps at any of our properties. Bug Out is the only exterminating company we use!! Highly, highly recommend them. more

Bug-Out has been protecting our home for a number of years. We are extremely pleased with their Sentricon termite service and highly recommend it. EVERYONE along the Gulf Coast needs protection from termites, and they are the very best at providing that protection! We have recommended them many times and will continue to do so! more

I have been a fan of Bug Out since I moved here in 2007. They have been prompt, professional and helpful. The one and only time I had a problem, due to unusual weather conditions, they were able to resolve the situation immediately. Everyone is always pleasant and easy to work with. Why go to anyone else???? more

Bug out has served our family for years and their honesty and integrity surpass any other local business I have a relationship with. We currently have 3 homes under contract with them. They are always readily available when we have a problem. The courteous staff is refreshing. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. I rate them super excellent! more

Then work with Miss Lillian and Dwight. They are kind, honest, compassionate and competent. They go the extra mile without giving it a second thought. I have been with them for sixteen years, and would not consider changing. Not even if another company was able to offer a more competitive rate (they can't, these rates are beyond fair). 5 stars are not enough in any of the above categories. more

I don't often review companies online, but have to make an exception for Bug-Out of W FL. At a time when personal service and integrity can seem like a myth of the past, these people deliver. I have used them for years, as have my family and friends and anyone else I can tell. There is not another pest control company that I would use or recommend other than Bug-Out. I once had a very costly pest related issue that most companies would have weaseled out of or found a way to leave me holding the bag, but these guys stood behind their service and took incredible care of me and my home. They are consistent and reliable. I have one word to sum them up best - INTEGRITY. more

Professional and personal at the same time, immense expertise. 7/23/2014

We have been with Bug Out for over twelve years and two homes. Dwight and the Bug Out team were instrumental in the purchase and upkeep of our current home. Not only has their pest control been first rate but they have been supportive with our home improvement projects and not been afraid to offer constructive opinion when they saw issues. In fact, we could have kept the previous owner's pest control company and warranty intact with our current home (and save money) but we felt it was more important to have Bug Out in our lives. Despite the fact that they are busy, they are always willing to be available when we need them. We love this personal touch. We don't recommend many businesses to our friends and colleagues but Bug Out is one of the few that we have recommended. In fact, they are the business we have recommended the most. more
