I am trying to save a couple bucks but needed some information on coupon policy and product quality.The time on the phone with an associate was professional and helpful.I asked for a printed store coupon policy so their would be no problems while cashing out and using my coupons,she directed me to the manager,and although their is no written coupon policy at this time,was very optimistic on the stores products and offered assistance when I do come in and asked me to introduce myself.I have to say this was refreshing that he took that approach.I was a little nervous bout switching stores but now Im hopeful . from what they say, I believe they stand beside their customer.will write again after I clip my coupons and head out.
