I made a reservation through Priceline. At the counter the agent asked me if I wanted an economy car (like in my reservation) I said yes. She offered me two options. I took the second. It turned out to be an upgrade which she did not disclose. She slipped me into an upgrade hoping I wouldn't notice. Refused to give a refund or admit what she did was wrong. Her supervisor and the customer service agent on the phone refused to give a refund.
