Sales. Rep came to my home and wouldn’t give me an estimate because my husband was not home. more

They were awful....didnt have a clue....ordered wrong window....put in 11 Windows n a bay window.....heavy rains created a waterfall in my Living room on hardwood floors....then they threatened to sue if I didn't pay remaining balance of 2500 of 11000....never ever use them more

If I could give them a half star, or one arm of a star I would. So far the company has been off schedule and only rendered misinformation with regard to a simple egress window installation. What should have only taken a single day - less than six hours if the construction crew themselves is to be believed - has spilled into the next day and they're already an hour and a half late. The company did not inform the home owners that a dumpster was required, nor any information on when it would be delivered, which turned out to be at the end of the day. The crew stopped working at 11:00AM because the dumpster hadn't arrived and they had no where to put the excess dirt. The home owners ended up with an unexpected dumpster in the driveway overnight, the equipment and supplies in the garage, and various pieces simply placed - without asking - in the off driveway car park. Budget Exteriors has created a great deal of strife over something that was supposed to be easy and beneficial and thus far turned it into the beginnings of a nightmare. more

I had siding and soffits replaced in June. Installers were courteous, on time and answered any questions asked. I would recommend them for siding and soffits replacement! more

nothing but lies come out of this companies mouth. their workmanship is a joke, their RETRO FOAM is nothng but a waste of money. foam disapates after time.and does not insulate like promised. windows are installed with only 4 screws holding them in place. all products are well over priced. owner has 2 sons working there and both are allowed to smoke pot on the job. look at all the law suits against this company. Kenny Thompson will rob you blind, Mgr will lie to you to get your business, then when he works on your homes he hacks everything together just to get the job done. Ot is just as much of a hack. do yourself a favor and never do business wth this company more

this company just hacks things together to get the job done, uses ONLY 4 screws to secure a window, don't use levels, basically everything is just slapped together to collect a check. STAY AWAY FROM THE BUTCHERS more

I recently purchased siding from budget exteriors and i was blown away with how good of a job they did. The installer was ridiculously attentive to detail. The sales guy was amazing we got along great. And the price was right in the middle of what i thought. they did a good job and i got my moneys worth. more

We had Budget Exteriors install our insulation in our attic & Jake followed up with us and was concerned with our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the work performed. Heating & cooling bills have decreased! more

Do your homework before contracting with these guys. For me, they wanted almost triple the cost of replacement windows. Know the approximate cost before setting up an appointment withthese thieves. more
