Horrible experience carpet installer yelled at me because I didn't have enough of my furniture moved. Call to complain to owner jack and he told me that I needed to apologize also. Left staples out all over the place And my nine-year-old daughter got a staple in her foot because of it. left sharp blades out for my nine-year-old to find. The installers for buddy carpets are only hired by them, they don't work for buddy and so they don't feel like they have to do a good job. Installer left something underneath my carpet in my closet so now there is a bump. Just a horrible experience and management wasn't willing to do anything about all of the problems . Installers also broke one of my pictures and didn't offer to replace it . Nice Great price on carpet if your willing . Judson was helpful but his brother the owner wasn't willing to fix any mishaps ! Buyer beware more

This carpet dealer overcharges. The owner was uncooperative and unwilling to make things right. In my opinion, they should be avoided unless you just want to pay double for carpet and installation! more

I've used Buddy Allen on three separate occasions and have been very pleased each time. Not only do they have very well trained sales people and installation workers, but they have an excellent selection of merchandise. I like the fact that they are a Carpet One Dealer and just around the corner from me. The carpet that I bought from them one year ago came with a 25 year warranty provided that it was cleaned every 24 months. The cleaning had to be done by particular people whose prices seemed very high to me. When I complained to my sales person, he told me to come down and he gave me a discount coupon that saved me about $50 off the price of the cleaning. It's things like this that will keep me going back to Buddy Allen for my carpet and flooring needs. more

This store is not as big as some, but has a nice selection. It is generally clean and the staff is very helpful. i have bought carpet from them several times and have been very pleased. The installers did a good job. They are good about fixing any problems/complaints. more
