Great service from Joseph 6/21/2016

My HVAC went out some time Sunday night. I called BA first thing Monday morning. They said they couldn't get someone to my house until Wednesday but I got a call from them Monday night at about 7 pm saying that they could send someone out to the house. I met the tech, Joseph, shortly after 7 and he was able to fix my system in about 15 minutes. Very happy with the service I received last night and over the last four years from BA. more

Excellent Service 2/14/2016

Our experience with Bud Anderson has been excellent from the beginning. On a Sunday morning, our heat pump malfunctioned at 1:15 AM and so I called. Friendly man answered offering to be at my home at 2:30 AM. I felt bad, asking if 8:00 would be better. Devann showed up at 8:00 sharp and had our system back up in 1/2 hour. Devaan was very friendly, professional and helpful. I can't thank him or Bud Anderson enough. Do not hesitate to call Buds for installation or service, they are excellent. more

2 X year service review 12/17/2015

Terri R.was our tech. He always calls before he comes. He knows we have 2 dogs. One is friendly and one is hyperprotective of us but Terri is courteous to both esp. if I am attempting to get the protective one put up. He is very polite and has been knowledgeable about our old unit and the other services Bud Anderson can provide for us. more
