Terrible Car wash- Rude staff\r I just went in to get the interior detailed, all they did was spray some greasy product and move the dust around. This car wash is a joke. They cleaned it with a dirty/ smelly rag or something, I had to drive with the windows rolled down because the smell was bad. I called and spoke with the mgr and he didn't even care, his excuse was that ""they don't use rags to clean and I just don't like the smell of the product"" This is not the way of doing business, it is not about price but customer service. I rather pay more somewhere where they actually do the job and treat you well. WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!! more

e worst car wash in Houston!! Horrible experience! Deceptive rude staff that trashed my car and lied repeatedly about it. After I had paid almost $50 and waited for almost an hour on a busy ""Good Friday"" My teenaged son and I walked out to my car and saw a huge piece of my molding/reflector missing off the rear of my car we both saw it at the same time from a parking lot away-that's how huge it was. With our mouths agape we are like WTF?? Know this about my car...I keep it in pristine condition at all times. Only wash it by hand (at least once a week)..wax it myself every two weeks. It is immaculate, but I had parked near some trees and it had a light dusting of pollen on it so I stopped in because I was doing errands nearby. When we asked what happened to the back of the car, the guy said ""It wasn't on there when it came in"". That was total B.S. so I walked over to the washing bay and sure enough there's the piece sitting up on a ledge like they were trying to hide it..but its about FOUR FEET LONG and 5 INCHES WIDE!!!!! A little hard to miss. It was broken in half and half of it was still on the car..not like it just fell off or snapped off. The manager comes over..couldn't have given a crap less. Said there was ""obviously glue on it"" and it was ""defective"" and there was nothing they could do about it. Then he said the ""blower did it"" and no one saw it happen and there was nothing they could do for a defective part. That plastic gets old and brittle and...blah blah blah..The car has less than 19,000 miles on it moron! He picked up the piece and put it across my back seat and said he was ""busy"" so"" I could go now"". I threw a fit so he FINALLY said ""Well, I guess I could make an incident report"". He was rude, a liar, and acted soooo put out at having to write down that ""rear reflector broken"" on the form so he shoved the form at me to put my name and address on it myself. more

This has to be the worst car wash in Houston. Damaged my car and wouldn't own up to it and the manager lied about the incident. more

This used to be a good and reliable car wash. The last few times I have been there, customer service and quality of work have gone way down, while the prices have gone up. The machinery often breaks down and the staff then tries to clean cars with squirt bottles and rags. After giving them several second chances, this customer will not be back. $47.95 for a lousy job is just too much. more

In the bubbles' advertisements, you are lead to believe this is the best car wash process ever and that they really care about the work they do. It's not true. I've been a Club Bubb's (frequesnt car wash program for Bubbles Car Wash) member many years. The wash and cleaning of your car is often better than a Mr. Clean or other local wash houses, but honestly they have good and bad days.\r \r I recommend using the Kirby Drive location over the Mason road location. In fact, I do not recommend the Mason road location at all. The issue is inconsistency at all the locations - Mason road being my worst experience multiple times. The washes are expensive - $35 for the Ultimate wash. I recommend you do not go on a Saturday when they are busy with long lines, under staff and unmotivated vaccum staff that don't seem to recognize that every one is watching them move at the speed of molasis.\r \r Bubbles could do a better job with thier vaccum staff and thier car drying staff - the detail persons of the regular wash will leave a lasting impression. They just dont pay enough attention to any real detail on the weekends. \r \r I do recomend going to the Kirby location on aweekday mornings. The car wash results are much better. Pros: Weekdays are much better than weekend for cleaning and interior detail results. Cons: Expensive, they try to up sell you when they deliver inconsistent results on the basics more
