I had just closed on my new home a week earlier and was in a tizzy went the air went out right before the 4th of July. I called Bryant, the tech called me back in 20 min, was at my house 10 min after that, and crew was there within the hour installing all new equipment. It's been a couple months, and the new system has worked like a dream through the hottest part of the year. Let me also mention, I had also installed a new system in my previous home a couple years earlier and it was a nightmare. I am so pleased with the service, the product, the attention to detail, the response time, and the customer service that I will be calling on Bryant to replace my upstairs unit in the future. JD is the best of the best!!! I will be requesting him on my next install. more

I recently purchased a home and had issues with my AC. First technicians that came out did not do a very good job. However, the office was willing to give me a full refund and treated me very well. I decided to give them another chance. Second time around Mr. King came to look at the unit. He was absolutely amazing, explained everything in detail, took the time to fully inspect the unit and have shared with me advice to keep the unit running longer. I would highly recommend Bryant heating and cooling. more

Around 2:00 on Thursday morning I noticed our AC unit was making a loud buzzing noise and warm air was coming from the vents. I called Bryant Heating and Cooling early that morning and they set us up to have Zach come out as soon as possible. He called and was at the house within half a hour. He informed us that our unit was 24 years old and suggested we put in a new unit. he did everything possible to get us a new unit. He spoke with his manager. He helped us apply for financing and even helped us set up a second financing to pay for the remainder. He had the crew on their way with the new unit and they had it installed and A.C. back into our house before 5 that day. They were friendly, very helpful in getting us a new unit and answered any and every question we had. I appreciate how the explained everything to us as they went along. We will to be customers of theirs in the future. more

I called Bryant Heating and cooling to take advantage of their summer A/C check and clean special they advertise for $64.95. My A/C has been slowly getting worse over the years so this was my attempt to hopefully get a quick and cheap repair. The technician showed up promptly as scheduled. A thorough check of my system was accomplished in a quick thorough manner by Brian S., the technician that was sent to my appointment. Brian showed me numerous issues and explained all the possibilities for a proper repair or replacement. With the problems found and the EPA Freon changes due to change in 2020 we decided to go with a new install. Brian went through all of the financing options available to me and within 30 min everything was approved. I was then told that they could install it the same day but decided I would wait for the next morning so it would be cooler for the crew. They showed up promptly as scheduled this morning and are hard at work with the install. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Bryant Heating and Cooling due to their reputation and prompt service. I highly recommend them to anyone with heating and cooling needs. more

Our AC unit was not cooling and I wanted to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible, even though I was calling on Sunday afternoon @ 3p. Ernie J showed up ahead of schedule, talked us through the job progress, and was courteous and professional. AC unit back up and cooling within a couple of hours of me having the repair dispatched. One trip and the issue was fixed! My neighbor's AC unit has been on the fritz, Stiver's has been to their home 4 times so far to 'fix' the same issue. YEA Bryant!! more

Our experience with Zach at Bryant was great. He had to come out twice to our home to determine what was wrong, and we were not charged for the extra visit. He was knowledgeable and professional and very patient in answering all of my many questions. I found their prices to be fair and the folks that completed the work at our home were also great. That team was Alex, Dane and Bob. I was particularly pleased with the same day service we received and the quality of the products we bought – so far, if the quality ends up at less than my expectation I will come back later and amend this review. I would absolutely recommend these folks to my friends and family. more
