Brothers Pizza

some lady told me about this place. I just moved into the Cypress neighborhood and I decided to visit smalls, big, fancy and average restaurants in the area. I must say that this lady who refered to brothers pizza like a NY pizzeria has never had a pizza in mahattan. The pizza is no good. In fact it does not have any taste except saltly. Not good at all. Tasteless, The positive thing is the pizza is from the oven to your plate, however it was still tasteless. Standing ovation for Costco pizza slices. By far, very far, better than Brothers. I gather brothers is using the cheapest cheese and tomato paste product! I never knew that tomato and cheese could taste so bad. more

Received the wrong pizza from them, called and told them about the problem and was told ""I find that hard to believe"" by the manager. Took the pizza back up to them to show the mistake, and still was not offered an apology or reason. Asked for a refund for the pizza, and while the manager was giving us our cash back or the purchase price her employees were laughing and taunting us about bringing the pizza back because it was wrong. Poor, poor, poor customer service. We have ordered from this business at least 20 times before tonight, and so sad that the mgr can not realize/accept fault for her employees. more

i went in a couplle weeks ago to try it for the first time and was disguisted to see the person making the pizza touch someone else's ass and go back to making pizza...WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!@!! WHY WOULD HE TOUCH SOMEONE'S ASS????? Im surprised at the negative reviews of this great little place. We have had nothing but great service with a smile from a bunch of Long Island Italians. They are small little guys so coming in with an attitude might get their blood boiling. Dont really know as they have ALWAYS been pleasant and gave great service. I orderd from this location a few times and each time it took almost 2 hours. After repeated calls, a manager finally said that the next time I order it would be free. I stopped off on my way home, this time to pick up a pizza, and relayed to the floor manager of the day my story. This short blond manager was so rude to me. She stood there with the full compliment of her team standing behind her and actually called me a liar because I could not remember the other managers name. She said to take my game elsewhere. She berated me all the way to the door as I left. I will never eat there again, and I will tell all who will listen about the rude low class manager who works there. On April 1st, by the way this is not a joke, I went to get some pizza from the Brother's Pizza Express on Mills Rd at 8:30 and found that the doors were locked and was shooed away by a worker. I looked at the sign on the door and it said that they closed at 9 PM. I have never experienced this before at this location or at the location at Greenspoint Mall. If they were out of product they should have done so and not been so callous and rude. I am sad to say that I will not go to this location anymore and will tell everyone else in the area about the service that is to be expected. Pros: Great Pizza, good drinks Cons: Bad Service more
