Customer Service is AWFUL. They have no mechanics, nor anybody that cares about customers. Please go elsewhere - avoid the PROBLEMS. If you purchase an rv from them you will most likely be sorry. more

First of all I would like to say that I am appalled at how Billy Ramsey can promote his company as ?Christian? and advertise on 95.1 Shine FM (formerly WRBS). We had a vehicle that had problems and had it towed to Brooks Muffler after calling them at least 3 times before making a decision to go there?. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Billy Ramsey said to just bring it in and they would have a look at it. The next day we were told (after having it towed there) that there is a $40 charge to look at it, this was never mentioned or discussed the day before and now the vehicle was at their shop. We told them that they never said anything and they basically said you can come get it and go elsewhere? that?s it. We went in later that day and asked to speak with Billy Ramsey. We told him the story again and he was sitting there filling out a form and not even bothering to look at us? just answering in 1-2 word sentences. I was shocked and asked him if he could look at us and discuss the situation and he just said he was filling out the form for a customer?. I thought we were a customer!?!?!?! I was again shocked and asked him to look at us during the conversation. He got really mad and told me to ?SHUT UP? and demanded that I go in the other room and sit down. I said ?NO? and he got up and came around from the other side of the counter and told me to leave and go in the other room (I was again shocked to see a grown man acting like this, I have a little girl under the age of 5 and she acts like this sometimes)! He also lied to us and said he took it for a test drive at 60 MPH and it was fine. We later looked at the vehicle and it was backed into a parking spot (the same way it would be if it had been dropped off by a tow truck and all other vehicles were facing forward). Previously he said they did not touch it and needed the $40 for them to do a visual inspection or any work. PLEASE do NOT go to Brooks Muffler! They are THE worst business I have ever dealt with in my life (I have lived overseas and know how bad it can get). I have never been yelled at by a company? especially a ?Christian? one. Steer clear of Billy Ramsey and his EVIL attitude. Cons: TOO MANY!!! more

I live in ramsey's small mobile home community (trailar-park for the illiterate) right behind his actual place of business. This man and his entire organization is a joke, and should be put out of business for good. Every single person who lives in this park knows that Brooks Ramsey is a heartless man, and does not take care of his tennants. These people being mostly families with children, and Elderly folks. Currently we've had over 20 inches of snow on the ground for 4 days now, and Brooks is finally sending an iddy bitty little bobcat dumptruck, about 2 feet wide...... to go back and forth all day pushing snow around, and not really doing a damn thing but making the snow nice and flat so when it freezes over, our feet will slip right out from under us.. lol. Sorry, but this man is a Class 'A' certified Moron, and should just be forgotten about. My place is falling apart, and his amazing 'maintenance contractors' are actually composed of lowly, broke drug addicts who live within this trailer-park itself, and only work when they need a fix. I know this for a fact, not speculation. Anyway, in closure I'd like to say... If you are thinking of doing business with this man, simply forget about it, and move onto some place more professional. If you don't believe me, don't take my word for it, simply keep googling Brooks Ramsey RV Reviews and you may run into some interesting customers. But as far as me, and the rest of his little trailer-park community, we will be stuck in until God knows when, and be dealing with Ice for the next few weeks because he cannot find a small part of his heart, to share all his millions... and spend 50 bucks to get the street salted. We hate this guy, and after about 2 weeks of dealing with him, or his joke of a company, you surely will too. It's amazing what a clown can accomplish while attending a low-priced college and wearing the proper attire for a few years. And that's exactly what this man, and everyone who works for him is.
