Brooks Overhead is very professional. Brooks Overhead came out and replaced both door springs and the bottom door seal in less than an hour and a half. He has very reasonable pricing. Give this guy a chance and you will not be sorry. more

My experience 12/11/2012

I called Brooks Overhead when my garage door broke and they were able to have it repaired within 24 hours. The service man was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to complete the repair without multiple trips. Brooks Overhead service clearly stands out when compared to other contractors and I will not hesitate to recommend them to neighbors and friends. Thanks for the excellent service that is very rare these days. more

Brooks Overhead 11/1/2012

I called Brooks Overhead when the night before leaving on vacation, my garage door would not lower. I immediately got to speak with a REAL person who tried to help me figure out how to close it using the emergency pull (which was no longer useful due to previous homeowner`s misuse of it). Then, they sent somone out within 1hr. He worked quickly and not only fixed the problem to close the garage door, but installed a new emergency pull, lubricated the tracks, and had the time and pleasant personality to talk with us a bit - all within just over an hour. What a lifesaver!!! more

Great company to do business with. Sales person was prompt and professional. The service / installation techs were clean and provided great service. Permits were processed quickly and the inspection was also quick. We have a new door that we are very happy with and would highly recommend Brooks Overhead. more

They really care about doing the best possible job and everyone from the people who answer the phone & remind you of your appointment to the service techs are simply great.
