In the last few years, it seems like Downtown Atlanta shopping, has become a no man's land. And the final nail in the coffin, was the closing of the once grand Macy's on Peachtree. Then the law office's started moving to new digs/towers in Midtown. But the legendary Brooks Brothers, have kept their store in Peachtree Center, maintaing a shopping tradition. There is still nothing like shopping Downtown, and BB fills the bill. Love all the traditional suits, casual wear, and accessories. And of course the BB quality. I cannot remember how many times I have replaced my navy blue pinstripped suit here. And I remember the day, I gave my father a bottle of ""Golden Fleece"" cologne. He was a BB regular also. Now the tourist trade/convention traffic is back, and new residents are moving in those new Downtown condo towers. And thanks goodness we still have a Brooks Brother's Downtown!
Pros: Classic Apparel! Downtown Peachtree Location! Staff!
Cons: Parking is A Hassel, Take Marta!
