1) you actually had the car on lot that I found on Auto trader 2) it was nice that it didn't take 3 hours to do the paperwork, it was painless. Everything was handled professionally and friendly staff more

We just bought a used 2010 Toyota Rav4 from Brooks Biddle and I could not be happier! Before shopping at Brooks, my husband and I had already been considering several cars we had seen on AutoTrader.com. The SUVs we were looking at from Brooks were our best bet; well-priced, certified, with only 1-2 previous owners. When we got to the lot, B.J. helped answer all of our questions and concerns without being a pushy salesman. He was genuinely nice and friendly, and seemed like a stand-up guy. He's been involved in the company for eight years and was fun to work with. Right off the bat he let us test drive the cars we were looking at, and even drove three of them side by side so we could compare them together. When we were ready to buy, he stayed late to draw up the papers and we got to leave with our car. They even gave us a rental car to drive while they detailed it for us at no extra charge. We made the right decision buying from these guys! more

Reliable and friendly service 11/9/2013

Thanks Chris and Don. I checked with Chev Customer Assist. and they gave me P/N 12621258 for the Iridium spark plugs for the Corvette, LS2 engine, not 19250977 as provided by your parts dept. In addition, Chev. stated that my 2006 SSR does not have a separate fuel filter but only one incorporated within the fuel pump body. Please check your manuals again and confirm this with me. more

Sent in a request for service and the dealership called me back to schedule an appointment for routine service promptly on the next business day. When I arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment they took my car right away and finished service in a very reasonable time frame. All of the staff were very friendly and the dealership was clean and quiet while I waited. more

All in all I had a great experience with Biddle. They were accomodating to my needs and ultimately I feel we reached a fair deal on both ends. Their finance team also did a great job and saved me a few points on the rate that I was preapproved for. Id look at them again when we need another car. more

Standard Synthetic Oil change and replacement of battery preformed. Recommended transmission dipstick replacement, and transmission flush. Tires to be replaced in next 10k. Overall work completed, absolutely satisfied. more
