Best hair stylists in Tacoma! 8/10/2008

I have been a Brassfields' client for over ten years. My stylist, Michael, keeps me up to date (but never ""over the top"") with the latest styles and hair color trends - all individualized for ME! I am usually stopped by a stranger at least once a week who asks where I get my hair done. I also highly recommend the skin services (Kim) in the spa. I have never left Brassfields unsatisfied. more

Brassfields is very comfortable, always prompt, great customer service. My stylist Todd has a wonderful sense of style & knows what will work best for me so my hair always looks great, both cut & color! more

#1 Place to go to get fabulous! 1/9/2008

I was so impressed on my recent visit to brassfields that i will never go anywhere else again. not only was the facility clean and beautifully decorated, but the service was exceptional (the front desk was especially accommodating and friendly). i would trust any of their highly skilled service providers to work on me, be it hair skin nails or massage this is the place to get fabulous! more

You have got to go here!\r For a holiday gift my husband gave me a spa day and hair treatment at Brassfields. From the moment I was greeted at the front desk by Roxanne to the time I left, it was nothing short of amazing. Weather you take one treatment or multiple, they really know what they are doing! Ricky, Terry, Mariah and Karen were wonderful with all my spa treatments and Jeanette gave me the hair I have always dreamed of. \r Brassfields will be my #1 spot from now on! Best Customer Service 8/1/2007

Wow I was in brassfields just the other day and had to come write a review. My day started off going in for some waxing. Nikki made me feel so comfortable and took great care of me. I have never felt so welcomed in a day spa. I then went and got my hair done by a man named Robby. He really made me feel beautiful. The front desk was exceptional as well. If you want to get taken care of, Brassfields is the place to be! Pros: You get what you pay for. Cons: The music was a bit to quiet. more

Go see Michael 8/9/2006

I've been a customer of Brassfield's for almost 10 years. I've been to 6 different stylists and have been completely satisfied everytime I walk out of the salon. I've used the waxing and massage services as well and everyone in the building is completely professional and they're not overly pushy with extra services or products. I would recommend any of the stylists, just find the one you connect with the best. Just a fun relaxing atmosphere but be prepared, they're all beautiful! Pros: Skill and customer service Cons: can be a bit pricey but all the great salons are more

WOW! 9/26/2005

A friend told me about this salon, and I decided to go.. and WOW OH WOW! The salon was exceptional, my hair was perfect and was exactly what I wanted. The staff was curtious and kind, as if I were their number one priority all day and there was no one else there. Later, I went to the salon and got several services and all of the women there are fantastic. Their skills are the best I've seen and the whole entire atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. It was perfect! more

Great Experience 2/5/2003

This is a great salon and spa option. Some of the stylists moved here from Gene Juarez, you should definitely try it out. more
