Brandt & Ginder Architecture

I have to disagree with the previous review about this vendor. I found them to be incredibly talented and creative. They very carefully listened to what I wanted and made professional suggestions, to balance my needs with realistic limitations of space and budget. So it seemed as if I may not have gotten what I asked for, but they gave me more than I anticipated. I paid my architect for design work! They were behind on the timeline, due mainly to change orders by me and unforeseen building challenges for the contractor on a very difficult project. Anyone seriously considering this architect can email me and I would be happy to give you first hand tour of their work. We liked their work so much, we hired them for a second project for our business. Pros: Incredible use of unique materials Cons: Not a short process,but well worth it more
