If you need rehab this is where to get it. My neighbor was at another Nursing Home and was not get the care or rehab. I told them about Bradley Bay and they moved her. They are very pleased. A rehab Doc and a bone Doc saw here at Bradley Bay. She moves around great and now is at home. Pros: Great Staff of Therapist and Doctors Cons: Was our second place to visit not our 1st. more

  • Located in Cleveland, Bradley Bay Health Center is a community offering residential living, skilled nursing, as well as various clinical services to the seniors. The center provides 24-hour skilled nursing services through registered nurses to meet diverse needs of its residents. Its services include diagnosis and treatment of wound and respiratory care, pain management, therapeutic diets, peritoneal dialysis, artificial hydration, nutrition, diabetic monitoring, palliative care and psychological services. It also has an orthopaedic center that offers consultation, evaluation and post surgical follow ups within the facility. The center offers treatments and services that are covered by various insurance plans and Medicare. Bradley Bay Health Center also provides assisted living services for seniors, along with dining rooms and lounges. Its assisted living services include meals, assistance with medications and bathing, weekly housekeeping assistance, transportation to medical appointments and social activities.
