(May be doctor is Ok, but not the hospital)\r First time when I called the hospital for a appointment with doctor, some lady had picked up the call and she is not even concerned about patient. Just asked to give a call back next day and told that she was busy now to take the call. \r \r I called back after few minutes and some one else picked the phone and she got me the appointment with the doctor. \r \r When I explained the doctor about my problems she is lest concerned about them and even haven?t bothered about any thing and just scribbled some general medicine on piece of scrap and asked to use it. When I asked if this elevate the problem she replied back we will wait and see?..(hhmmmmm). \r \r Next they called me three times for the Lab test, first time they haven?t told me that I have to fast, second time they have miss placed my paper work, third time they given a wrong report???.at last I got vexed and went for another doctor.\r more

I moved to Northern California from Southern California. Dr. Bowles has seen me sick and broken-toed. I had to request emergency medication while traveling on the East Coast - and in between flights, called in my symptoms; my prescription was waiting for me at a local pharmacy in NYC! She has seen me for an annual physical exam and for an annual (female annual) exam. She listens intently and is caring. Her staff is what completes the office. The ladies in the front are very nice and don't let patients wait long - that would be that you have an appointment - her nurse is excellent and if the Dr. happens to be out, another Doctor in the practice will always follow-through. I thought about switching doctors now that I live in SF, but why go through that hassel when Dr. Megan Bowles and her staff are great? No need. Pros: Good parking, Good service, Promptness more
