I called this place about 3 seperate times looking for another company. They are good on websearch engines, but their customers service lacks bigtime. The time I did book with them, their policies are quite "made up" meaning that the person answering the phones is probably your driver and his wife will bill your card. It's also quite frustrating if you ever try to get a refund for poor service. The one time I used them (by accident) the driver was 25 minutes late (after I called) to the airport, and they claimed that he was at security (which is a lie) and other limo company drivers at the limo stand were telling me that this company advertises as boston limo but their website is bostonlimousine, and they don't even have full time drivers, but subcontract out all their work. A true dissapointment from someone who wanted simple regular service, but got "had" but a limo telemarketer and beat up on price.
I would not suggest using these folks, for the reasons mentioned. Shoot me an email, I will show you their emails back and forth when they would not discount my service after being picked up25 minutes late and charging me the full 125.25 for the trip.
