I had my power steering fixed at another shop that he owns and four times I had to take it back up there to get fixed . finally I was called to tell me my car was done . so when I went up there I asked the mechanic very nicely if it was fixed this time the owner preceded to woo woo me and say that he didn't need me beraiding his mechanics and that he's sorry that I had problems with the other place.( that he owns by the way) that he already had to here this from my dad and he don't need to hear it from me . have a nice day if you feel you need to go to the government center then do that and shooed me away. this in front of two of his guys. he had me leaving in tears. will never give them any business of mine and my car is making noises that is has not make before I took it to them. horrible horrible . more

Our mechanic of many years told us that we needed to replace the head gasket. We called Bob's for a second estimate. They told us that they couldn't give us an estimate without checking the car first. We authorized the inspection and the estimate was WAY less than the other guys....needless to stay, I'm sticking with Bob's from now on. Thanks Bob's!!!! more

I found bobs transmission on the internet. I called around an YES they were the cheapest! I got my transmission in my cadillac fixed on August 8 then on august 25 the transmission stopped working!! HIGHLY PISSED!! I paid A LOT of money for them 2 rebuild it and it seems like they didnt fix anything! It was ridng better before they so called "fixed" the transmission! I had a truck and had the transmission rebuilt an it ran as if it was new and DID NOT MESS UP IN 2 weeks! They were very pleasant an friendly but that DOESNT KEEP MY TRANSMISSION RUNNING! It should not have broke down after 2 weeks an paid them 2700 up front!!! more

I had always taken my Honda to the dealership so when I was told to get the catalytic converter replaced at a repair shop I had no idea where to go. I found Bob's Transmission on the internet and read a few reviews so I called. I spoke to Chad and he was great. I'm a single parent and he understood my hesitation with trust. I had a lot more that needed to be done, like an oil leak, broken windows... and they said they could do it all.He said she knew exactly how I felt and wanted to assure me that every customer, would be treated honestly. And they are HONEST! So they looked under the hood, actually under the car. When I saw the underside of my car I was amazed at the mess I saw. Oil was everywhere, both CV Boots were cracked, etc. The mechanics took the time to explain everything to me and they worked hard to get it all done by the time I had to run to the other side of Columbus to pick up my dogs from the VET. I got excellent prices and no more oil leak!! They are top notch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. I TRUST them! They are my Auto Repair shop now. No more worries. THANK YOU! more
