I own and Operate Crawford's Tree Stump Removal, And I have been working with Bobcat Tree service since 1998. I would highly recommend Bobcat Tree Service as one of the most honest hard working very fair and accommodating company's I work with. \r When Travis Gerber owner of Bob Cat Tree Service at one time had his own stump grinder and did not need my service I still referred Bobcat tree service to my friends and family because, I knew Travis would do a good job and would not make me look bad and he would treat them fair.\r ?I’ve worked for a lot of the Tree Services since 1998 in the Hampton Roads area. I know first hand what companies do good work and what companies the customers are not happy with. I have never come to Bobcat Tree services’ jobs and heard anything from his customers but praise and total satisfaction with his prices, his performance doing their tree work, and how fast he responded to getting their job done. ??\r I have worked with Travis for over 15 years an more

Even when Travis had his own stump grinder and did not need my service I still referred Bobcat tree service to friends and family because I knew he wouldn't make me look bad.\r \r I work for a lot of the Tree Services in the Hampton Roads area so I know first hand what companies do good work and what companies the customers are not happy with. I have never come to one of Bobcat Tree services jobs and heard anything but praise and total satisfaction with his prices, his performance with their tree work, how fast he responded to get the job done. \r \r Travis is very honest and has a big heart who cares 10 times more then most companies out their about pleasing his customers. \r \r The negative post I just read saddens me because this gentleman painted a totally opposite picture of the type of Company Bobcat Tree Service is All about. From my understanding Bobcat Tree service was subbed out by another Tree company to help take this tree down because the other company needed Travis Gerbers Crane in order to take this tree down.\r \r Bobcat Tree service was not the company that this gentlemen hired to take his tree down. Bobcat tree service only did what the other company asked him to do. Travis would have never taken down someone else's tree without their permission. This gentlemen went after Travis's company because the other tree service that was hired to do this job had nothing for him to go after.\r \r Like I said you will not be disappointed if you hire Bobcat Tree Service to take care of any kind of tree work. I do NOT recommend Bobcat tree service. They trespassed in my yard and took down a tree which was partially owned by me (very large boundary tree straddling the two property lines) without my consent. Owner was initially very apologetic about the mistake stating "I'd be upset too!" He and I even worked out an agreed upon compensation plan for my property loss. Within one week, however, he began refusing to communicate with me and then subsequently backed out of our gentleman's agreement. Stay VERY far away from this company- go with a professional company that understands the importance of one's spoken word. A company which makes a mistake is one thing (we all make mistakes). A company which is clearly dishonest about their intentions to correct that mistake should NEVER be trusted around your home. Most definitely hire someone else- you will be very glad you avoided Bobcat tree service more
