I was very pleased with the entire experience.? This was my first encounter with Bob Mills furnitue.? I do not purchase furniture often, but I will surely return when the need arised.? Your sales associate was professional in appearence, knowledgeable about the products, and offered the components and benifits of several items at different price points.? She offered products that could extend the life of the mattress as well as help guard against voiding the warranty.? Although I declined the product, she was not pushy.? I was impressed that your warehouse had the product on hand, and I was able to carry it out within about 30 minutes.? This was very important to me because we had moved that day and my son needed a place to sleep.? He was able to sleep in a new bed and not on the floor.? Thanks you for an enjoyable shopping experience. more

Jerry Joe is an excellent asset to your business. She is very knowledgeable about everything I asked about. The guys at delivery were very friendly and professional. Only one little scratch on an interior door. Nothing that a little Old Engish can't fix. Very good experience and when we are looking for more furniture we will be back most definitely. more

Pleasant without any high pressure 12/21/2010

It was very pleasant without any high pressure. Dena Hudson was very, very helpful especially in helping us see the true color of the recliner in the outside light as well as inside. She was also very understanding of the limited size and cost that we had and we really appreciate her offer of the wheelchair. Thanks to your dock personnel also. more

My experience at Bob Mills has been very good. I have made two purchases there, a dining room table, and most recently, a mattress set with bed and dresser. The sales team has always been very helpful and you can't beat the prices! I really like leaving a purchase feeling like you got a good deal and that is how I feel about Bob Mills furniture. more
