Chuck was fantastic. He is the sole reason we bought from your store. We had a poor experience with another sales lady in your store earlier that day. She was not very friendly. Chuck was the exact opposite. I will buy furniture from him and your store again as I am a repeat customer already. more

Roy was our salesman and his manager helped out as well when it came to picking out the fabrics. They both have been so wonderful and very friendly. I have recommended your business since the day my husband and I walked out of there with all our new furniture. Also the bed doctor upstairs was incredible. He picked out the perfect bed for us and we have been getting the best sleep of my lives this past week! I can't thank your business enough for such great service. Thank you and we will be coming to see you again soon for our new dining room table. more

I thought the service was good to excellent. My sales rep. was able to get to the point and leave both my wife and I alone when it was time for us to shop around on our own. However, we were not informed about the types of financial services that were availuailble. Other than that, we were happy with the purchase. more

Good, wish the prices would offer room for some more discounts or price matching. Overall good experience, incentives like free delivery are always a plus and good policy on purchases of $1000+ more

""I was in you Lubbock store on 10/26/2008 the sales associate her name was Angela was very nice. Did not push me in any way. She gave me time to look on my own. I had been to several furniture stores in Lubbock and I hate pushy sales people. I so injoyed coming to your store. I was there just to get some ideas but because of Angela and your great prices I have decided to buy next wk. I did not want to finance but did not have a large amount of money to spend at once but Angela told me I could put 20% down and pay it out with in 30 days. That worked great for me. Thank-You Angela!! Give her a raise!!! Please keep her on your staff and I'am wanting to re-furnish my 3 bedroom home one room per month. She will be the first person I ask for when I arrive!! I'll come back and bring friends with me!!| more
