My daughter had lots of trouble with her 2007 Sonata - some repairs under warranty and some not - and we were not at all comfortable that the service dept did a first rate job on that one. So I was skeptical , and my own experience was not impressive. First I had them order a part under warranty and then check that my car was involved in a recent recall. It was so my plan was to come back when the part had arrived and they could repair both items at once. After 3 weeks, I called twice and left messages but neither call was returned. On third call, they checked and guess what ... the part was there! I made the appt and they told me the recall repair was made on the first visit. It sure was news to me. But they provided documentation that they had fixed it so I guess time will tell. The warranty repair was minor and done well. Car was returned in pretty much the same shape as I left it. I'm just not confident that they are doing a first rate job.
