I love our pool. We have had it a little under a year but me and my wife get in it every chance we can. Feels wonderful on a hot summer day and just recently started building a deck around it. It is what my wife always wanted. There comes the saying if momma aint happy aint no body happy. more

We have had our pool for 4 months now and are extremely pleased with everything. Our kids have really enjoyed swimming and playing in the pool. We have already taught our three year old how to swim and it brings us joy seeing that he loves the water as much as we do. We also have been surprised by how low-maintenance it has been and how few chemicals it requires to keep the water crystal clear. From scheduling an appointment with the rep to having our pool installed, customer service has been friendly and helpful. We would recommend Blue World Pools to anyone interested in having their own pool. more

My husband and I are very happy with our pool from Blueworld. It rained for three days in a row and I just knew that the pool was going to be off balance, so we took our sample to the Pool Store to test it and everything tested good. They had three people ahead of us that had chlorine and salt water pools and their pools all came back off balance. The customers were like, what kind of pool do you have, so I told them about the ION SYSTEM, all we do is add bleach and our pool stays clear all the time. We love it! more

Blue World Pools is a wonderful company. It was a pleasure for my family and I to deal with them. They are so friendly and fast, our needs were meet and surpassed. Blue World pools made my family's dreams come true. My husband was in a horrible car accident that left him paralyzed from the chest down. We thought seeing him swim and enjoying a pool were in the days behind us. I am pleased to say that Blue World pools meet our needs and made our trues come true to see him in a pool and enjoying it. They helped us bring a little normal into our not so normal life. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Very Pleased!!!!!! :) more

Was very pleased with my installation, they were on time and explained everything in detait. My water turned green but with one phone call they told us what to do. they replaced the ionizer and it has wonderfull ever since. more

I was a bit reluctant about Blue World Pools because I had done my research and had read many poor comments about their company. However, the salesperson, installers, and phone support staff were extremely upfront, informative, and helpful. They never tried to sell me something I did not want, and when I had a problem, it was solved very quickly. Do your research and know what kind of a pool you want, then call Blue World. The entire neighborhood loves our Blue World Pool! more

I have nothing bad to say about Blue World Pools. They were always willing to answer our questions and would not be satisfied until I was completely satisfied with our purchase. Also, the installers were more than willing to work with my husband and I on a time that would be good for us, and since they left, we have had to have a leak fixed. They came and fixed the leak with no questions asked. more

Blue World Pools: How do you live with yourself on a daily basis? Do you believe your company is ethical? Do you have a concern for the well-being of others, or do you only care about your own profit margin? I am appalled by the business practices of your company and hope that it is closed in the very near future. Taking advantage of people might pay off short-term, but in the long-run it will cause an internal decay of your spirit. I believe everyone has redeeming qualities, but when you are caught in the vicious cycle of greed and a lust for money it can be tough to break. Our bad economy has created an atmosphere of cut-throat tactics to get ahead as being an acceptable form of business, which is a shame. I urge you to search within yourself and the negativity surrounding your company and ask, ""Is it worth it?"" Surely, you don't want to leave behind a legacy of betrayal and deceit. I was proactive enough in my research about your company to avoid being caught in the web of lies and misleading information. My only goal with this message is to privately encourage you to seek alternatives to the current business operations taking place within your company. I don't wish you or your associates ill will. I also fell victum to blue world pools, I was truely excited to be helping people buy pools. However It wasn't long before my phone started ringing and everyone I had sold a pool to had been cancelled. I felt and feel aweful about unknowingly misleading them. It's company's like this that give honest salespeople bad names and bad reputations, I'm sorry I was a part of them, I hope they are stopped! more

we...got suckered!!!!!!! 3 years ago, we got fell big time for their scam. got the next to the most expensivest pool. first year...great!! next year..the ion filter stopped working!!! this ion filter we heard sooooo much about that suppose to make maintance so easy on your pool!!!!! well, we called, and guess what....we need to pay to replace it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!what the heck??? what the heck is my $18,000 paying for, a green freakin pond!!! im so sick and fed up and of course no one ever answers when you call...wonder why..after seeing all these complaints on interenet i know why!!! BUT LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN TO ALL THE BEWARES!! THEY MEAN IT......ITS A SCAM AND ONCE YOU GET SUCKERED IN..IT ONLY GETS WORSE!!!!!!!!! DONT DO IT......AND I DO NOT GIVE THEM A 1 RATING EITHER.....THIS DAMN THING SITE MADE ME PUT ONE UP THERE.....RATING IS -0 !!!!!!!!! more

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM 9/9/2009

They lied to us and used every trick in the book to convince my disabled mother and I to get the $10,000 pool. Then they called and said we were approved for the $15,000 pool and we were stuck with it or pay a 50% restock fee and 25% cancelation fee. They gave us fake discounts for being a ""showcase home"", for signing up NOW, for paying so much down, and they spent FOUR HOURS convincing us to BUY. Everytime we said no we cannot afford it, they salesman called the head office again and gave us ANOTHER fake discount to get us to buy. The salesman would NOT leave and take NO for an answer. Do NOT even call these people and tell them where you live!!!! You want the $399 pool and you end up with the $15,000 pool and then they threaten to take your home if you cannot pay! Pros: NOTHING PRO Cons: THEY LIE< STEALmore

WORST COMPANY EVER! 7/6/2008

We bought a pool the guy that come out was super nice..We tried to call them to cancel but they would not answer our call they would transfer me to everyone in the office but no one could help me after the 3 days was up they called and said we was intitled for a great upgrade for free or payments was 288.36 a month for 120 months YAY RIGHT!!! I told them I wasnt sure if I wanted this I want to cancel they hung up Pros: HORRIBLE Cons: HORRIBLE more
