High quality meats and poultry with excellent deserts and frozen dinners that are better than the supermarket stuff. Best of all it is delivered to the house and packed in my freezer for me. At first I thought was paying to much for food, because in the sales pitch they are not forthcoming with prices per pound, which I figure are about 1&1/2 times the the common supermarket prices. After about 4 months on the program, I only went to Cosco once to stock up on non food items and my monthly food budget has not changed. I have more time on the weekends, I have reduced meal planing and prep time significantly and the food is excellent. On balance the Blue Ribbon Foods program works for me and my family of 4 teenagers. It's is not the cheapest way to get food but the quality and convenience make it worth buying. P.S. I bought my own freezer to store the food that I don't have to defrost !
Pros: excellent quality and convenience
Cons: pricey
