I've had many different piercings by many different people and Derek has by far been the best! I've never left a shop more satisfied and confident in a piercing than I was today. Derek's amazing at what he does. He's very clean, precise, and informative. I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience, I'm never gonna go to any other piercer. more

I recently returned to Blue Boutique for my nose piercing after having to let my other close up due to a job. Derek was amazing, informative and helpful. He's easy to talk to and comfortable to be around. He answered all of my questions even the silly ones. I highly recommend going in to see him if you're looking at doing a piercing! And right now if you bring in a toy they're giving you 25% off the jewelry as I understand it. Happy piercing!! more

I went to Blue Boutique about a week ago for a piercing, which turned out great! Derek, who did my piercing, is amazing! He was very kind and gentle about it all. I was so nervous about the piercing and he helped me relax and I didn't even feel it! That's how awesome he is! I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a piercing of any kind! more

everything is over priced or out of stock. shopping online on other websites is cheaper and easier. other stores often have discount codes but blue boutiques site does not. more

I was pierced by rich and he spray alcohal on my peircing. sarvas told me thats is really bad to do. my nose is really red and really dry. my friend told me the other guy who used to work there use better jewlry and hers was not bad like mine. I give it another week but i will have to take perircing out an get it again by if it dosent heal :( more

Derek is a body piercing god!! I went on Monday to get my nose pierced. I spoke with Macy first who was fabulous. It was about 7:30pm and Derek came all the way from South Jordan to take care of me! The whole experience was fabulous! Macy was so willing to help and was also very knowledgeable. Both Macy and Derek were so easy going and made me feel really comfortable. Derek did my piercing, I have several and I have to say that he is by FAR my favorite. Very professional, fast, and gentle! I will for sure be going back to get a monroe! Thanks Sugar House crew! I really enjoy this store. The lingerie they have is stylish and they have options for all different sizes of women. The ""adult"" section is great as well. Lots of selection and the staff has a lot of knowledge on the supplies they carry. more

I just saw the new April 2012 ad for Blue Boutique, and it go me excited! I rushed to the nearest store (Sugarhouse) only to find that Blue Botique is a JOKE! Their flyer focuses on a domme, however their store carries nothing kink related! The fetish clothing they have is either on sale for being damaged or made of cheap infirior materials that REAL fetish shops carry. ATTN: lifestylists!--- This is NOT A FETISH STORE! This is NOT A KINK FRIENDLY ENVIROMENT! The employees snikered and giggled to one another as I grabbed a few vanilla items I needed, which made me end up not buying anything because I hate to be starred at, especially when buying kink equipment. I do not feel this store valued my privacy at all, nor do they carry what they claim to advertise for. I do not care if Blue Boutique gives me a giftcard for this review. There is nothing at their shop that I would like to purchase. more

I am writting this review in order to recieve a free gift card from Blue Boutqiue. I will be honest and say that this store is am empire for women and lesbians, but I would not reccommend if you are a man. I am a gay man and find Blue Boutique's""'men's clothing"" to be ridiculous and mostly out of stock. They carry only 3 pairs of men's shoes XL underwear sizes only and the tshirts make me feel like Im at a west side mexi-mart. Blue Boutique does not carry gay porn anything related to Gay Pride and have a small and insulting toy selection for men. In a business run by women only I think the staff at Blue boutique forget that men exist! Boys will be boys and have fun with toys, but at Blue Boutique they like to focus on plain regular boring sex between a man and a woman. What else would you expect from a store in Utah? more

I had a terrible experience at Blue Boutique. In fact, it was so bad that I simply cannot recommend this store to anyone for any reason. My friend and I were treated like thieves who wanted to have sex in their dressing rooms. My friend and i were shopping for lingerie. We were not greeted by staff, neither were we helped by anyone regarding sizes. After we selected our items, we wanted to try them on int he dressing rooms. The staff informed us that we would need to have separate rooms. We asked how we could show each other our choices, and were told we could step out into the store to show each other. SO not only would we be showing each other our selections, but also every customer, male and female, in the store. This was extremely uncomfortable. Then we were informed that people attempt to steal items in the dressing rooms as well as 'get it on'. Obviously this is what my friend and I had planned. This was very frustrating for us as we were serious shoppers. My friend placed a pair of underwear on the floor next to the door of the dressing room because she wanted to buy this pair. The staff informed us that this was an 'expensive item' and should not be touching the floor. My friend requested the item be placed at the cash register so she could continue shopping. The staff actually replaced the item back to the floor, and upon checking out there was a big confusion as to where the item had gone to. We were only allowed 3 pieces of clothing in the dressing rooms at a time. So I could take 2 pairs of underwear and 1 bra in. Then when I wanted to try on something else, I had to hold up my own shirt over my naked body to open the door (again right into the show room floor) and get more items to try on. The staff were extremely unhelpful in getting new items for trying on, or finding sizes for us. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. They stood behind the cash wrap and chatted, while I hung around and waited for them to help me with shoe sizes. This was such a terrible experience I will never be returning to the store again. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone. more

Some friends and I went in here recently. Two of us have boyfriends, so we were on a mission to find something sexy. The other ones boyfriend is serving a 1-15 year sentence in prison, so he was super jealous that ours weren't incarcerated. The moment we walked in the sales people asked if there was anything we were looking for, and we said that we were just browsing. Not even 5 minutes later they asked us again. It made the whole experience very uncomfortable. How are you supposed to look at those sexy toys when someone keeps asking you what you are looking for?!?! They kept hovering around us, which made it really hard to giggle at the stuff and brag about our boyfriends. The lingerie was kind of gross, and I couldn't figure out what part of my body it was supposed to cover. Everything in here is insanely expensive! I found the same sucker that Blue Boutique was asking $18 for at Spencer's for $6. If you don't mind being stalked and spending a ton of money, go to Blue Boutique more

I happen to personally know the Blue Boutique family. The owners that is! The reviews from others ""FORMER EMPLOYEES"" are all wrong but what would you expect from FORMER employees, They are FORMER for a reason. To come on a Public Site and bash the owners personally is just immature. MY GOODNESS, get some class. Hopefully others that look at the reviews will realize the childishness of past reviews. I personally know the Owners Tony, Laura, Fayth, and even Jason. Tony is the most caring and giving person, respect him and he will respect you! As far as the other trash talked about him, Its simply that TRASH! Laura is not nor has ever been a Tweeker, again the past posts are TRASH talk from vengeful FORMER employees. Fayth and Jason, I am very close to them! Fayth is an Awesome friend and Jason I look at as a Father figure. They have done nothing but WONDERFUL things for my Family and I. If I need anything at any time all I have to do is ask, they have never hesitated to be there. I am also a former employee of Blue Boutique. Did you know that the owner Laura is an ex drug addict Tweeker? Did you also know that the other owner Tony hates his own business so much that he is trying to sell his share of the store? Not to mention that he sleeps with the managers & has been know to give alcohol to minors at company parties? Blue Boutique is going under, and FAST! Don't listen to anything the sales girls tell you, they are paid with commission, and have to make a weekly goal of at least $3,200! These girls will tell you anything you want to hear in order to make a big sale! more
