BlindSide Tattoo & Piercing

Personally I love Blindside Im a repeat customer. Their work is superb, the atmosphere is great I always feel at home at Blindside in the heart of ATX 78704... I have 2 custom tattoos, one by Wisdom and one by Siego himself.. I fell inlove with Siegos letters... Love getting inked by them.. They have even worked on 2 other tattoos for me no problem... Ive recommended them to family and friends and the ones that go become repeat customers as well.. 5 stars I wont go to any other studio *ever* also got poked fabulous by Glax and always get compliments on his signature piercing parallel to my eyebrow oh yeah! more

I have been here on several occasions for my own tattoos and with sisters. The atmosphere is awesome very cool chill spot. Everything has always been clean ad top of the line. I've payed more than a little money on tattoos at other spots and the work and environment wasn't close to the experience of Blindside. They can be expensive but I'd rather pay some cash for something I'm going to enjoy for a lifetime then regret it the next day. I loved the art I recieved here. I had a cover up of a cover up and although Siego wasn't working on me at that time he did talk to me and try to make me feel a bit more at ease. (I was in hella pain) I would and have recommended Blindside to friends strangers and it's the only place I'll have work done at. The price is definately worth the lifetime of art you'll be recieving. Tell the guys here what you want and they go beyond giving that to you! Going in for my first piercing and tattoo I am sooo thankful for going to Blindside not only were they patience with me and kind they made me feel at easy with my decisions. Im going on my 3rd tattoo and WOW not only is SIEGO an amazing ARTIST but his whole staff are just as great from ALFONSO to everyone there staff is prob the most talent group of tattoo artist you will meet in TEXAS . Not only will the galore of awards on there wall easy you that youve made the Right Decision, but as soon as you walk in to the whole in the wall tattoo shop keepyou will be greeted by the modern feel ,clean atmosphere , full of MAC computers to search for your tattoos, tv screens in every room to watch movies and play video games while you get tatted will probably be the Greatest Tattoo-ing experience, I recommend anyone to go check them out .They have my thumbs up for sure more

Went in with a friend to get matching tattoos. Not only was every employee professional, they were helpful and laid back as well. I was asked multiple times if I was okay (back of my arm so no pain at all). The pricing was reasonable and I plan on getting another one soon. As for the person below with the issues, I did check out the BBB site and Blindside shows to have an A rating with them, are an Accredited Business and no closed complaints in the past 3 years. I, Joe Hernandez aka Big Joe, had the privilege of having Mr. Siego, owner of Blindside tattoo studio, create and draw my first tattoo. I knew he would be the one to tattoo me when I met him when I saw him do my dad's tattoo 5 years ago. I was 16. I'm not gonna lie I was judgmental when I went In last year and saw the guys (artists) again. A bunch of baggy clothed, tattooed, scruffy guys I was expecting anything but professionalism. I was proved wrong. I was treated with respect and class. And my tattoo looks phenomenal. I recommend Blindside tattoo studio to everyone I hear talking about getting a tattoo. this is a 100% definition of a world class studio, with multiple mediums that don't just included tattoos, but graffiti art and custom airbrushing. all the artists at blindside defitantly know the ropes of their craft , when you walk into the studio the atmosphere is very professional , and the workspaces are very clean, and 100% sterile. mr. siegos art is one of the best in austin , with multiple awards and vast tattoo convention credentials. ..BLINDSIDE TATTOO = AWESOME more

To call the people at Blindside Tattoos artists is an understatement. From the first time walking in to this establishment, to sitting down talking about what kind of tattoo i want. U get a feeling of comfort. They work with you so that your tattoo experience is the best. These guys have MAD skills. And judgeing by the pics on the walls. They are somebody u can trust. There awards speak for themselves. No matter where they are, they stay true to there work. Artists, well maybe. But in all reality, they are dreams come true. If you ever wanted a tattoo. this tattoo artist is shady and is a thief! 3 years ago i tried to get a tattoo from him. i was suppose to get a tattoo or my money back i didnt get either one. i even reported this to BETTER BUISINESS BUREAU and I STILL didnt get my money back. till this day, the complaint is STILL ACTIVE on the BBB files. the owner, Mr. Hugo Mendez is a liar saying that i was on drugs and im mentally instable when GOD KNOWS he cursed me out and ran me off like he did that day i met him. i NEVER said a single curse word to him and i cannot beleive shady ppl like him are still in buisiness. on top of that, he has every1 taking up for him trying to jump me( car clubs ex LATIN ROLLERZ, PURE ELEGANCE,etc) I NEVER knew a buisiness SO SHADY that would try to put a stop to me and this guy is making my life a LIVING HELL still having more and more ppl take up for him even though i lost my money. i would NEVER recommend his services to anyone. as you can see...its kind of hard to beleive that he has 11-15 5 star ratings and 1 of him has his name on it (HUGO). it seems like he paid his customers to write a review to cover up all his lies after i lost my $110 and i dont have ONE TRACE OF INK on my body. and if you dont believe me, you can look up the complaint on the BBB files of blindside tattoos and it is STILL ACTIVE till this day as you are reading this. GOD PLEASE FORBID him from going to the HEATWAVE TATTOO EXPO this year, even the heatwave doesnt care about the complaint. what is this shady world coming to? i hope someone believes me because none of this is a lie and i hope to GOD it comes back around to him for what he did to me 3years ago stealing from me. if life cant be any easier LORD HELP ME BE STRONG! this guy buisiness does not deserve to propser. 7/7/2011 OKAY NOW i got something for BLINDSIDE TATTOOS on S. 1ST, LAUGH AT THIS: i finally talked to the owner of the Texas Heatwave(David McDonald) in person and showed him the copy of the BBB complaint that i had filed 3years ago(instead of the goin thru a phone call like i did on the last response which i had gotten denied my request at 1st), he has copy of the complaint and is NOT allowing blindside tattoos to show up at the TATTOO EXPO this year in 2011. i guess some ppl are "dumbasses" and dont realize karma is gonn get you in the end. try hard as you can to show up, you are officially forbidden to have your buisiness allowed in the texas heatwave. finally, someone took up for me =) so with this being said im really relieved and its gonn be pretty sad not to show off your own stuff at the heatwave since you stole from me. you may show up as a spectator, but your buisiness will not be allowed and EVERYONE will see that you wont be there this year at the texas heatwave LOL paybacks a bitch =) im laughing right back at YOU HAHAHAHA LOL more

If your looking for truly distinct and original work, look no further. The owner of this shop has an awesome eye and imagination. You can take your tattoo ideas to him and think its just the best freakin idea ever, but then he'll one up you on it and make you understand why he's titled the artist. If your tattoo idea is detailed or realistic or a big freakin job all together, you gotta check out his work. And if he can handle those then of course he can take care of the flash art or simple basic designs aswell. Plus the guys that work there are all down to earth and know how to treat thier customers.
