I really like to go in on Sunday nights with my friends. Karen, the bartender, who is from Ireland btw, pours a great Half and Half! The music is great, a bit of this and a bit of that . . . we often find ourselves singing along. A past review said that there isn't much Irish about this bar, but thay are wrong. This is a solid place to meet friends for an afternoon or happy hour drink. Then around 8:00 or 9:00 the place transforms into a great neighborhood bar wth the local moving back to there favorite watering hole. It holds on one of the largest fish tanks in a bar that is in Dallas. (Find out when finding time is and then cheer on the fish - very entertaining) Which might be the reason why international travelers who have found home in Dallas now call The Blareny Stone home for the evening. Grab a beverage of your choice and say 'Hello' to the bartenders. I highly recommend stopping in for a little fun. There's nothing better than the Blarney Stone in the winter and chugging down a Guinness. Bartenders are great. Germaine is the best! more

This place is not a pub... it's a bar like any other bar. The only thing "Irish" there was the beer on tap, but the atmosphere was not that of an Irish pub. The music was way too loud to have a conversation and there were barely any places to sit down. It was a classic "hallway" looking bar. Cons: no place to sit, music too loud, not a pub more

Great Irish pub with even better barteneders. Good for an after work drink or two. They have some of the best cider I've ever tasted. Pros: okay parking, good guinness more
