In a nutshell, pleased by the experience overall, some areas need minor adjustments however. The food was by far the strong point; very fresh flavor combinations, (even if a bit repetitive i.e. poultry and arugula both used on 3 plates out of 7 on the tasting menu), with beautiful presentations. Ambiance is cozy to chic, maybe a little too bright. Service was attentive, however our server clearly knew very little about our wines that were being paired with our courses since they were all ""nice and ___"" (insert another non-descript term about wine here). Also, the pairings were a bit odd with some of the varietals being completely overwhelmed by the cuisine. She was very friendly however, and that makes up for a lot of holes in her experience...kudos. I will try this place again and also recommend it.
Pros: Cozy, romantic, excellent food
Cons: Staff knowledge
