The Worst customer service I think I have ever experienced anywhere. I'm a commercial landscaper, and I am sure as hell not coming back to billings ever. They will do ANYTHING to avoid honoring your warranty. They have called me a liar multiple times and have told me that the reason my BRAND NEW lawn mower wouldn't start was because There was a little (and i mean minuscule) dirt in the air filter. You know, exactly where the dirt is supposed to be. The fact that they thought that i would be dumb enough to believe them is insulting. This is just one of the MANY incidences I have had with Billings, believe me. more

The customer service at Billings is 4/26/2012

The customer service at Billings is awful. The employees are rude and obnoxious. Things take weeks to months to be fixed, and it is apparently anybody's guess as to when something will actually be done, since nobody at Billings can tell you anything. They like to "wait for parts" for weeks! They also like to not order parts for several weeks, too. If I could give negative stars, I would. I am not sure I have ever encountered a business with poorer customer service. We will never go back and I will warn everyone I know to avoid this terrible business. Pros: null Cons: null more

Sales Staff is the Best 12/7/2005

Randy in the sales department is the most customer focused salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of buying from. The whole staff stands by their products 100 percent. They might cost a bit more than Home Depot or Lowes, but wait until something breaks or goes wrong and you'll be glad you shopped at Billings. The service is absolutely first rate;they've even come out to my house to make a quick repair on a lawnmower-no charge! I'm moving out about 30 miles away and I still plan on purchasing all of my tractor equipment from Billings. Pros: Excellent service, Knowledgeable staff, Friendly atmosphere more
