Bill Mitchell's Body Shop

I've been to this place twice. The first time was a few years ago and more recently just a month ago. Both times I've received great customer service and had great work done on my car. This last time I worked with Mark who not only knew his stuff but was friendly and very helpful. I had gone to the dealer before here to get an estimate and was put off by how non-service oriented they were. I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Thank goodness I remembered this place! I'd recommend to any of my friends and if I needed to go back (hope I don't) this would be the place I'd go. more

I took my truck in for peeling paint and rust on the roof panel. The Body Shop was recommended by The Auto Stoppe, which otherwise cares for my vehicle.\r Not only did they do a beautiful job on the roof repair and paint, the entire truck was waxed and polished to a ""like new"" gloss. It was thoroughly cleaned inside, too.\r I've been burned at a dealership, so I really appreciated the attention my truck and I got at The Body Shop. Thanks, Mike, and all of you! I just got my car done here and i was more than happy with the work they did! The people who work there are very friendly and did their best to accommodate my needs. Not only did they do the work the fastest out of all the estimates we got but they were also the cheapest! I didn't have to sacrifice anything! I have been taking my cars to ""The"" Body Shop for many years (not saying much for my driving skills, but I do have teenagers). Bill Mitchell is the owner and is there everyday! You can contact him 7 days a week. He has always gone that extra mile every time I have been there! Professional, friendly customer service! The work is exceptional as well! After my car was hit by another, I needed to get some body work done. I took it to ""The"" Body Shop and spoke a mechanic about the job. I specifically mentioned that when my car had been repaired before the paint hadn't matched and that it bothered me. The man I spoke with assured me that it would match. When I came to pick up my car, the paint didn't match and they hadn't done anything to blend it in. The person I spoke with was quite defensive about it and said it was impossible to match the paint but finally agreed to blend it in with the next body panel. The results were satisfactory, but the man was really quite rude when I complained. (A complaint that had to be made after I was assured that there wouldn't be a problem during the initial consultation.) more
