One of the best in New England 12/14/2010

I have known and done business with Bill for over 27 years. My wife and I have loved his jewelry all these years. We now live on Cape Cod and still travel to Northampton do deal with Bill because of his great knowledge of stones and design. I just dropped of some coins from the pirate ship Whidah to be mounted because I trust Bill and know it will be done right. The gold jewelry business is tough to be in with constantly changing wholesalers and prices. Bill has been around though all of the ups and downs of the business. Thank you Bill!! more

A skilled Craftsman 4/13/2010

My husband had my engagement ring and our wedding rings made by Bill 29 years ago. In 2008 he did the same for my first born son and this year he will be asked to do the same for my other son. The jewelery has always been gorgeous or we wouldn't have returned. He has always been kind and helpful with the design of everything we had made. Pros: Long time business more

I would like to take a moment to say that I think it is a shame when someone can post such a bad review without any grounds. Are they talking about the same jeweler? I personally have has a great experience and have recommended him to others that have have been happy too. Everyone is entitled to their opinion even though some our way off base. Pros: Thumbs up all around! more

I just wanted to give a warning to anyone out there who is about to consider purchasing anything from Bill Brough Jewelers in Northampton, MA. Yes, there are beautiful pieces on display in his store, but HE doesn't necessarily make them AND you don't get the same quality made for you as the ones he shows you! more
