this place is great i purchased tires from a different big o and i couldnt keep them balanced. The original big o wouldnt help me instead they said that i needed axles, transmision bearings, tie rod ends, they even went so far as to say i needed to replace my motor mounts to stop the shaking( A LOAD OF CRAP) but then i took my car to these guys and they were more than happy to help me they have balanced my tires and made sure there were no problems and even replaced the lug nut that was broken for me and get this they never even charged me a single cent!!!!! I highly recomend them!!! more

Terrible Store... 1/6/2008

This store is terrible. The store charged $877.06 for the generator repair while I was told that the car dealer charges $200 to 500 for the same repair service. Even worse, the store sent me a towing truck for picking up my car. However, the towing truck driver damaged the engine and suspension of my vehicle while unloading my car. The store told me that it would cost additional $1600 for repairing the suspension of my car the towing truck driver damaged. I requested that the store repair my vehicle without additional charge that damaged while in the store and while being towed by the towing truck. But the store never responed to my request and complaint. more
