I used to enjoy going to Biff's as a kid. I remember friendly service and good food...but that was a long time ago. I signed up for Citysearch just to convey my feelings about this restaurant. Biff's is THE single most filthy restaurant I have ever eaten in. I am blown away that they have not been shut down for health code violations. Our table was filthy. Our silverware was filthy. The salt and pepper shakers were covered in hair covered grease. The floor looks as though it has not been swept or mopped in years. We caught a glimpse of the kitchen which looked even worse than the dining area. Eat here at your own risk.. Pros: Friendly regulars Cons: Filthy more

Awful greasy spoon with a side of big crawly things 4/10/2008

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Big things scurry in the bathroom, I can only imagine what lurks in the kitchen where they keep the food. Biffs is a Mooresville area greasy spoon filled with folks who like that kind of thing. It's a good ol boys place, with tacky decor, dirty tables, and flavorless food. If you like cigarette smoke, bad coffee, and unpleasant converstions, then this is the place for you. I can't believe they are still in business. Breakfast and Lunch at it's Best 6/17/2002

I found this place by accident and have loved it ever since! They have large portions for breakfast and lunch and you won't leave with an empty belly. They have this breakfast roll called a Bismark with ground peanuts, WOW!! I'm addicted. The place is very clean and the service was wonderful. I was so impressed that I am a regular customer of Alice's now. She's the waitress and you'll just love her!!! Give this place a try, You'll like it. Biff's Pioneer House has been in business since 1946 and is owned by the Hornaday family in Mooresville. Alice, the head waitress and also the owner has been working there since she was legally able. She is always the best. She provides comical, fun service and the best darn biscuits and gravy a person could ask for. This is the real deal here folks. When you ask for fried potatoes, you get real cut up, fried potatoes. This is the best darn place in the midwest. You have to try it to believe it. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.
