Stayed there the night of 28 December 2014.From the moment we arrived aound 6:00PM everyone was very helpful. The nice young lady who was early evening desk person to the check out desk person the following AM. The complimentary breakfast was the best. more

Due to unforeseen circumstances on Christmas Eve, I was delayed getting to be with my family. I stayed at this Best Western in Fairfax and had a very nice room, clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional. This hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. The Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful and festive. Even though I was sad not being able to be with my family that evening, my hotel stay proved to be a relaxing, pleasant experience! more

Wanted a room for after our Moose Lodge (which is right next door) Christmas Party and this Best Western has always worked with us. Bed was super comfy and place was quiet. The breakfast the next morning was a great...and welcome...surprise! I have never had a better buffet-style breakfast from a hotel. The food and selection was excellent! more

I went there with my group of friends as part of group tour of washington D.C for night stay, I was expecting it to be Ok ok but to my surprise the hotel was much more better than I expected. Would recommend to stay here. more

Recently stayed at this Best Western for a week while on business travel. Overall it was a very nice place. We were warmly greeted at check in, given cookies, and were offered help with our luggage. The hotel provides free breakfast each day, which was actually better than most, very good coffee, free wifi and parking. The weather was cold so we did not have the opportunity to use the very nice pool that was closed for the season. The room itself was extremely clean. A refrig, microwave and coffee maker were included. more

We had a wonderful experience. The location was very convenient. The price was more than reasonable, the property was well kept, the room was clean and inviting, breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was super - definitely would stay at again if in the area. more

The hotel staff was one of the best I have met. The beds were a little hard but not a reason not to visit again. The hotel was very clean and easily located to D.C. and Dulles airport. The breakfast was good and had a nice view and friendly staff. The hotel has a restaurant attached for convenience and was close to the metro and buses. more

This is an older property convenient to the busy Route 66/Route 50 corridor. We were traveling for business and on a budget, so did not have high expectations. We were very pleased with the property and would stay here again. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The water pressure and temp in shower was good (hot). The icing on the cake was hot breakfast buffet, eggs, meats, cereal, china dishes. Excellent value, courteous staff throughout. more

This was our second stay with this hotel and, again, we were not disappointed. If you hate Washington traffic as we do, this is a great place to stay. The bus line has stops on the street in front of the hotel that go to the Vienna Metro station. From there, you can go to any of the Metro stations and one of them will get you at least fairly close to your destination. There will probably be some walking involved, especially if you're visiting buildings and monuments on the Mall, but we think that's much better than fighting DC traffic. The hotel staff is always courteous and helpful, and we've not had a problem with room cleanliness during either stay. It's so nice to have a hot breakfast to start your day, and the food is good with enough choices to suite most anyone. more

This hotel continues to be the best value in the area. Surrounded by hotels that cost much more and provide no more value, this Best Western continues to shine. I have stayed at this hotel many times for business. Consistent value, friendly staff, free WI-FI, and a large free breakfast. While the bathrooms may be dated, they are clean and functional. Each time I visit Vienna Virginia I make sure to stay at this hotel. more

We were on a 3 day vacation to Washington, D.C. We stayed at the Best Western and traveled into D.C. on the Metro. The room was very good- very clean and comfortable. The hotel outside was very clean and attractive. The breakfast was good every morning-a variety of breakfast items to choose from to satisfied anyone. more

We paid for a King, and were upgraded to a suite, great room, bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional, both when we checked in and out. The breakfast was above average for a BW, hot food, donuts, oj, good coffee. Only here for 1 night, but it was within walking distance of a couple of places to eat as well. more

This hotel remains an excellent choice for business in the area. It has easy access, and offers good service at a good prices. I highly recommend it for a single person or families. I will stay here in the future whenever I'm on business in the area. more

Excellent quality and service for the price paid. Staff was very helpful and enthusiastic about doing a good job. I did not use the swimming pool, but it looked quite well maintained. The hotel's complimentary breakfast for Rewards Members was much better than a continental breakfast. more

This is our second time to stay at Best Western Fairfax. The room was very comfortable and clean. Our room was right across from the pool which was great for our 11 ans 12 year old grandkids.\r Gloria kept the breakfast buffet well stocked and the food was great. This was a huge plus before we made our daily trips into DC.\r Paul and Sandra behind the desk gave us great service and provided all the tips we needed to catch the bus infront and riding the Metro. \r We are planning another trip next year with another pair of grandkids and will make Best Western Fairfax our base of operations. more

Everyone on duty, both at the front desk and in the dining area, was super nice and very professional. We were more than happy with the service we received at every level. In addition, the entrance into the front desk area with its sitting room area was homey and gave off a really nice welcoming vibe. Our whole stay was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The location, set in among a lovely set of trees and foliage, was particularly beautiful and gave a wonderful sense of quiet and calm. Our room was on the ground floor facing the pool and, as I have a disability that requires a handicap tag, we were able to park immediately in the handicap space in front of the passageway with just a short walk to our door. The room itself was perfect; the beds were super comfortable and everything worked just fine. The sense of quiet and calm we had noted in the setting itself continued into the room and gave us a wonderful sense of security. The whole experience was one of the very best I have ever encountered in a hotel and felt like a real ""home away from home."" I would most definitely visit this hotel again if we should have occasion at any time to be in the area. Best Western Fairfax is a real find and a new favorite! more

Last week I was visiting my brother in Fairfax, VA from Minnessota. He recommended me this Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities offered by the hotel. The property is very well mantained. There is plenty of free parking, the rooms are clean and spacious. The lobby area was very well decorated for the Holiday season and looked sparkling. The buffet breakfast is awesome and the best I have ever had. There is a large selection of hot and cold items to choose from. The restaurant and front desk staff were extremely courteous and professional and went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend this hotel to anyone. more
